The room was cheap and not far from uptown. The staff was very friendly. They are currently under renovation, so it wasn't as clean as expected. Would stay again.

Remodeling occurring but not notified. Bathroom missing caulk between floor and tub. Walls in hallway need touch up and cleaning. Coffee terrible and breakfast was not great. Front desk had no desk at the time but no one said anything. Paid $350 - way overpriced and taken advantage of during parents weekend. Not worth it at all. Will not stay there again.

The hotel is being renovated and the pool is filled but not in use. Big rolls of new carpet right at the entrance. The lobby is under repair ? from the point of check in. The vibe from the second you walk in is disappointing. Old furniture and rusty shower, the bottom of the tub was all stained. Was definitely not a 199.00 a night hotel. It should be 99.00 and you could tolerate all of the eye sores. Very disappointed and felt like i was ripped off. Too many other options- they should have advertised that the amenities were not available and it is under renovations?? It was a weekend so not sure if they work while people are in there during the week ?

This property is under construction, and the condition of the hotel is horrible. I can not believe there was no disclosure on Hotels.com. I tried to cancel and get a refund, but to no avail.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything important under construction! The pool closed, the gym,closed the outside sitting area being used for construction prep, common area bathroom one closed one so filthy that it was unusable.None of the common area hallways had been cleaned, they where filthy with drywall debri everywhere. No air conditioning in common areas (77-80 degrees). Air conditioner in room not on ( took an hour to get below 75 degrees. The elevator was broken down also (our room was on 3rd floor).

The Hotel is under new management. Rather than fix the entry the room cleanliness needs a lot of work. The bed skirts were stained. The comforter was stained too.

This was a great place to stay. They did have some renovations going on and so the pool was out but was okay for us cause we were just there to sleep. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice!
