Our Villa is a 3000 sq ft single family dwelling right on the water with its own private pool and is Licensed and Inspected by the Cayman Government Tourism Department each year.

RATED 7th IN THE COUNTRY (based on customer reviews of over 960 properties) and located on the quiet east end of the island, you will find many restaurants and beaches to choose from at this very private home.

We have turtle nests every year, in 2022 we’ve had 6 nests with 317 hatchlings making it to the water, a beautiful act of nature. In 2019 we had the 1st reported nest verified by the Department of Environment. In 2020 we had 3 nests, so incredible

Cool down and relax on the great pool decking or gazebo. With one of the best views of the ocean facing due-south. You can see terrific sunrises and sunsets and catch an occasional cruise ship come in early in the morning and when it returns back out to sea in the late afternoon. Snorkel right out in the reef protected Half Moon Bay. We also have the adjacent sandy lot which adds further enjoyment and privacy to your stay, it is virtually private.

The Villa is an icon in the area as it stands out proudly against the beautiful sea. Fiber Optics to the home brings High speed internet and a full spectrum of cable TV channels. Enjoy high resolution 55” LED TV in the family Room, 50" in Master Bedroom #1, and 32" in Master Bedroom #2. High Speed Wireless Internet is available throughout the home and patio areas. Great place to be and enjoy after coming back from a nearby outing or 30 minute drive to George Town.

We do have outdoor security cameras on the property. One is located at the front door and one on the side of the house facing the parking area. The other is on the east bedroom patio wall facing the sea. They may be turned off by request.

Felt too good to be true, as it turns out it's even better!
Jim (the owner) has a beautiful oasis on the sea where it feels like you are experiencing God's gift of bliss firsthand. I can't tell you how well the property is appointed with everything that you should need. The host Juanita is lovely and I couldn't believe how clean and pristine the property was. There is a reason this place has been awarded best vacation rental on the island because you have an owner and host who truly cares. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever presented itself. Celebration with family
We celebrated a 50th anniversary with our adult children. The house was the perfect size, right on the water. We saw the sunrise and sunsets almost every day. The BBQ was clean and worked perfectly. The kitchen was large and wonderful! The bedroom suites were perfect, private and all looked out onto the water! It was a wonderful week!

Perfect holiday vacation.
Wonderful property on a great island. We stayed for Christmas and New Years. Property was as advertised. Very clean. Unbelievable view. Lots of room in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen, so the six of us all had our own space if we wanted it. Location was perfect to be away from the crowds when we wanted to be, or over to the west side with a short drive. Owner was responsive and provided some extra information to make our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Amazing Villa and Vacation
We spent a week at Endless Breeze with family. We were celebrating 2 anniversaries and a grandchild's birthday. This was a special place for us. This villa is truly amazing with a special layout that allows for privacy/space but still wonderful space to be together in living area and patio. It is so beautiful here, indoors and outside. The property has so many amenities in all rooms, and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed being at the quieter part of the island away from the crowds, but still close enough to go anywhere. We visited the entire island, the botanical gardens, Rum Point, the Turtle Centre, the Cayman parrot sanctuary, Smith's Cove, and horseback riding in the West Bay. Even though a tropical storm passed by, we were still able to enjoy the beautiful beach. The house was very clean, probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The owner was reachable and made sure everything was good for our stay, and check in was a breeze! Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with some other couples, and loved every minute of it. It is very peaceful to sit and watch the waves coming in. It is on a quieter side of the island and was perfect to relax.

Relaxing and secluded property.
Excellent location away from the crowds on the east end of the island. House had normal wear but nicely maintained and updated. Requested AC turned down as it is locked and they were very responsive. Home was clean and pool area was excellent. It is not a sand beach but it is beautiful and we went in many days.

Snorkeling Heaven
Our family visited for a week and had an epic time! Just off the shore we saw pufferfish, lobster, tarpon, endless colorful fish and even a nurse shark. The shark ended up in one of the larger tide pools and needed to be rescued, but we got such a unique experience. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family of 4. We hope to return!

Spectacular stay at Endless Breeze
Family vacation at this property toward East End in July. The property is amazing. Comfortable and roomy with all the needed amenities. We were able to arrange grocery delivery on day of arrival. While it's 30 minutes from 7 mile beach, we loved the relaxed environment and it allowed us to see so much more of the island. We will be back and most likely to the same property!

Rest in Breeze
Spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the incredible views, well appointed home, and peaceful side of town. Though most of the activities are on the west end, it was nice to come back here to paradise. The pool was used daily. The breezes indeed are endless and welcome on warm days. We missed turtles hatching by a few days but did manage to ride out Category 3 Hurricane Beryl here. Though the power and water went out it was quickly restored. {A generator would be ideal.} Groceries and snorkeling beaches are close. The area behind the home is quite rocky but can definitely be snorkeled when weather is good. Juanita was amazing and Jim kept us informed and safe during the hurricane. Would highly recommend this home!

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was impeccably maintained. The host was extremely responsive and friendly throughout the booking process and during our entire stay. When minor issues arose the response was immediate, including support from the local manager. The steady ocean breeze and soothing surf added to the ambiance of a quiet and restorative vacation.

"Our stay at this VRBO house in the Grand Cayman Islands was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away(not just by the crazy storm haha) by the stunning views and the luxurious amenities. A few highlights for us was definitely the beautiful pool,Everything you could imagine that you would need on vacation, the thoughtfulness of sunscreen, beach towels and the list goes on and on!!! All the amentities provided the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the island vibes. Each bedroom offered breathtaking views that exceeded our expectations. Despite a few rainy days, the house continued to impress us with its comfort and charm. It was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a memorable experience. What stood out the most was how the house surpassed the already impressive description provided online. It truly felt like a home away from home, only better. The owners and property managers were also incredibly accommodating, ensuring that our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Nice home on the East End. Owner was very responsive. Location is great if you want to stay away from crowds. Per other reviews, bring water shoes if you plan on entering the water due to the rocks. We would stay here again.

Dream Come True
We took our 4 children ages 17-25 with 2 daughter in laws and our 2 year old grandson to Grand Cayman for a week! This house was amazing! The location is perfect. We went to Spotts Beach, Colliers Beach, Barefoot Beach, the blowhole, shipwreck of Wren, Kaibo 2 days for fishing and stingray private charters, The Parrot Sanctuary, 7 Mile Beach twice, Cemetery Beach, Botanical Gardens and more! The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked. I ordered a grocery delivery the day we arrived and Juanita was kind enough to meet them there and even put the groceries away. The freezer was not freezing and I let Juanita know and she had it fixed. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but we used it daily multiple times. It was very clean. We went out at night and looked for crabs. The shower outside was perfect for washing off. We used the grille 3 nights and cooked almost all of our meals but 3 all week in the house. Little things i would change, leave more than 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom for a weeks stay, leave more than the existing paper towel roll and put a cushioned topper or have one available for the pull out couch. We loved this home! We felt at home and made memories for a lifetime. The pool by the ocean in such a clean and well cared for home made for the perfect week! Jim and Juanita were responsive and caring. We would for sure rent this home again, there is a reason it has all 5 stars!! Just perfect!

We had the best time possible at Endless Breeze. First of all, the house is immaculate. It has anything and everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. There is enough space for privacy if that is what you need either indoors or out. The bedrooms are large and each one has its own bathroom and deck. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! The pool, the beach, the snorkeling right there off your very own deck. It is a little rocky getting out, but worth the trek. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and were glad to get away from all the crowds in Georgetown. We would go for day trips to the beautiful beaches and then back to our favorite spot for the evening. Delightful. We weren’t interested in the “nightlife”. This place is heaven. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We would definitely come back to stay again!!!

A Ttrue Endless Breeze
The property name is Endless Breeze. What an appropriate name for this amazing villa!! There is an endless breeze that blows across the rear portion of the property that is soothing and different from any VRBO we have stayed at in the past. This was our second time visiting Grand Cayman and absolutely loved the East End. Everything you see in the listing is accurate, villa is every bit of 3000 square feet, sits right on a shallow bay, well equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. My family and I stayed for nine nights and had a wonderful time. We found the property to be fully functional, good air con, multiple ceiling fans and rotating floor fans. We found the house to be spotless, very clean and fresh. Great pool to get away from the Cayman heat. We love to grill, had a small problem with the ignition switch on the gas grill. Juanita, the local property manager was responsive and visited the property on Easter Sunday. They needed parts and had it fixed a few days later, much appreciation for their responsiveness. The owner, Jim, also receives our thanks for his willingness to check in and follow up with us. Overall, we give Endless Breeze five stars and have already booked Spring Break 2025 at this fantastic property. Can’t say enough about the experience, many thanks to Jim and Juanita. We look forward to our next stay!!

Great Family Trip, better than we could have imagined!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house is beautiful and had everything we could have wanted and more. It is in a very private setting outside the hustle and bustle of the west side of the island. The views were breathtaking and it was so nice to walk down and look at the tide pools near the beach. We enjoyed the pool after snorkeling trips and touring around the island. The kitchen has everything you would ever need, we ate a few times at the house and ventured out for most lunches and dinners. The convenience/liquor store near Health City across the street was nice to have so close. Definitely recommend stopping at one of the larger grocery stores on the west side for any large grocery trips. Fosters near Morritts had "enough" but selection was limited because it's a smaller store. The owners were very responsive and gave us some great tips for snorkeling spots and any other questions we had. We wish we were able to stay longer and were so sad to leave.

Endless Breeze Stay
Very beautiful home and location. Host Jim is great and very easy to work with. Property Manager Juanita was very attentive and accommodating. Cleanliness was off the charts and a perfect spot for a family vacation. Night-time stargazing good with very little light pollution. This is a perfect location away from the crowds. From the pool to the spacious bedroom suites it has everything.

I would give this listing 6 stars if I could. My wife, our 2 boys (10 & 8) and grandparents spent 8 wonderful days here. We travel extensively and usually stay at VRBOs. Admittedly, this listing was a little more than we usually pay but it was well worth it. First, the scenery and pool are unbeatable. Scenic views are an understatement. The house is magnificent. Plenty of space for all, and very well kept. But it's the little things. Kitchen is well stocked rather than the usual bare-bones equipment found in most VRBOs. And that's just the beginning. Would highly recommend this property for family get togethers in an amazing carribean setting.
