There's no customer service as such. I was received with the question: "do you have a reservation?" To which I replied "yes" and immediately was given the keys to the cabin. When I asked "how do you know I'm the right person? The lady said "There's only one reservation pending to check in". No id requested, no chance to ask about the area. Seemed like the lady was in a hurry to leave.

Overall a very nice, safe and clean place to stay. Family friendly environment with a set of swings out in the lawn for kids (and grown ups) to play. Cabin was nice, spacious and very clean. Fireplace with plenty of wood, hot water and confortable beds. Friendly staff. Woke up with the lovely sounds of rooster and birds chirping.

Me encanto el lugar, y volvería a regresar, las cabañas están hermosas, impecables, agua caliente en todo momento, la que solicite tenia chimenea y la cama súper acogedora . en lo personal me gusto mucho, y la persona que te recibe muy amable y atenta. El lugar muy accesible Gracias

El lugar está increíble, la cabaña genial, solo que por la lluvia había zonas con lodo, y sería bueno pusieran guardapolvo en las puertas las cochinillas se suben a las camas

Estan excelente las cabañas, aunque si pudieran colocar alguna cafetera, frigo o microondas estaria de lujo. El unico fallo es que en mi baño no habia papel.

La ubicación no es precisa, su nombre se confunde con las Cabañas del Bosque de las Truchas. No hay datos del celular de la chica que se hace cargo. Faltan algunas cosas como platos, cubiertos, vasos y un bote de basura para la sala. Si te gusta el café por las mañanas, lleva tu propia cafetera.

falta de mantenimiento
Nos cambiaron de cabaña al no funcionar el boiler, y en la segunda el boiler tardó en encender y la atención del recepcionista o encargado fue muy mala. La puerta principal no se podía asegurar desde adentro, tuvimos que dejar un palo (de la chimenea apuntalando la puerta de la entrada ) para dormir sin mucha preocupación.
