Not sure where to check in had to call when we arrived and the owner met us and took us to the room. It was run down and people living next to the room we stayed in with car up on jacks and windows out of vehicle. Did not feel comfortable or secure staying but it was just a place to sleep as we traveled through the area.

Honest, Old Fashioned Accommodations
Old fashioned cabins where you're likely going to be next to another guest or family with just a wall between you, but very well kept and likely as clean as they can be for their age. The staff I'd dealt with was friendly and accommodating. My youngster was a bit uncertain at first because it was his first time at somewhere like this outside of church camp, but we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who is comfortable with a cabin-style approach. If the wife is used to five star resorts you might need to look elsewhere, but if you just need a safe, clean place to sleep while you explore LBL or have other adventures, give this place a try.

This listing is nothing the pictures present. We rented a 1-BR "cottage", which was depicted in the listing. It was a dumpy, off-the-road motel. Clean but totally dumpy, with broken interior lights, no plug-ins, a sink with broken parts, and definitely no kitchenette - just a microwave and fridge. The TV didn't work. Would not recommend.

My son and I took a fishing trip and this property was perfect for us. It was convenient to Kentucky Lake and the bed was comfortable for sleeping, since that is all we did at the property. We were upgraded due to few guests at this time of the year:)

Property was outdated with many visible broken amenities. Probably was nice when built but doesn't look like it's been maintained very well since.

Beware... this is unkept and scary.
We didn't even stay here. The exterior was unkept. The check in guy showed up to a trailer that i didn't even think was part of the facility. The room he showed us had a roach running down the inside of the door. The pictures on the website are much nicer. Building behind the cabins look even worse. Inside unit very dated, but main concer was the roaches, gap under entry door and surroundings!

This property is pure trash. The office is an RV camper. The property is a mix of rooms to rent and people who actually live there. Outside will creep you out. The room itself was dirty. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the room. If you raise the pillows of the couch, there is junk in the couch. The refrigerator had mildew stains around the creases when you open it. The room itself smelled like mildew when you enter it, and was extremely stuffy to the point where I couldn’t get any sleep. This was the best looking room in the area. The rest look like prostitute trails.

Meth heads everywhere. My rooms door had been kicked in and the door wasn’t replaced only half repaired. The 1st time I’ve ever had to sleep with a gun I n my bed!!! You should give my $100 back!!

This place is extremely run down. Apparently they rent some rooms out as apartments. We had a guy next to us that woke us up yelling with a lady that showed up at like 7:30am. Screaming he cheated on her and stole from her. It was sketchy place to say the least. Another thing our room’s door had previously been broken into. They had the wood piece just screwed back in. See photo attached. No dead bolt to help secure the door either. If you are looking somewhere for a family to stay this is not the place.
