I have no idea about this hotel. We had a medical emergency just before leaving for the UK from the US, and had to cancel our planned 2-week trip. They were the only hotel who refused to refund our one night reservation payment although it was for 18 days after we sent the cancellation request and we could produce a doctor's statement.

After checking the bed and mattress cover I was tempted to sleep in my suit carrier. The cover was stained and fairly gross. The only real positive was how close I was to the airport entrance

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had an issue with no outlets close to the bed for 2 CPAP machines, but the staff found us an extension cord. Carpets looked well used, so could use an upgrade. Loved that it was so convenient to the airport. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good.

Fair price and close to airport which is handy for a late arrival or early departure. Right across road from terminal, however the rooms are getting dated.

The room was really hot, so I called the front desk to get assistance on the temp. The person that came to the room agreed and said it broken. Do you want a fan? During the night the TV kept turning on, and startled me 3-4 times. I had to be up at 4am and this was very disappointing. Lastly they could not even spell my email correctly for invoices.

Handiness to the airport. Was the final place we stayed to end our 2 week Scotland vacation, checking in was easy, rooms were spacious and clean, we enjoyed our last dinner in Scotland in the dining room. did not have breakfast due to the early hour of our flight departure. All in a great experience and fulfilled our requirements for our family of 8 in three rooms.

Close to airport
Check in was efficient with pleasant staff. Room needs a good dust, especially the bed headboard. Room is a bit tired although was one of the nicer ones I think. Tiles under bath broken and untidy. Breakfast ok but I’d get rid of the pastries unless you can bake them fresh every day, they always taste like yesterdays. Like to stay here as close to airport.
