Comfortable
Apartment is located down the street from my condo so I was very comfortable. The pool was spectacular and the apartment was very comfortable. Needs a stoppage in the tub so you can take a bath which I did but had to invent something to stop water. Beautiful views from balcony. Very small kitchen but very efficient and doable. Designated parking spot. Right next to my favorite golf course. Palm Beach Par 3.

Great location, couldn't decide what was better, the pool, the ocean, or the golf course next door.
Great location, Eva was great. Had issue with air conditioner, was fixed (replaced) within 24 hours. Beautiful pool on innercoastel, and a short walk across the street to the ocean. Loved it!

The building is very very dirty and smells. Dirty carpets in the hallways broken tiles at the front door of the building not what you expect in palm beach We were asked to check in an hour later and asked to checkout early The condo is small but furnished ok Wouldn’t stay there again

Lovely luxury studio in excellent location
A good-sized studio with a sweet swimming pool right across the street from the ocean. Nice building with a view of the Intercoastal. Highly recommend.

Palm Heaven
The host was great! Eva should be a super host. She waited patiently for us to arrive (our flight was delayed). She was gracious and accommodating. The studio fit our needs and the location-oh the location was awesome with the pool on the intracoastal and the beach across the street! Plenty of excellent restaurants and museums were nearby. This was a memorable getaway which we would love to repeat next year. Thank you Eva!

Nice place in a great location
Enjoyed a quiet stay in this studio near the beach. I was able to work remotely, use the building’s gym, pool and beach across the street. Building is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable “vacation”. Definitely will go back!

Loved the pool & the beach! Beautiful area.
Eva was very sweet and met us early to check in to accommodate our schedule. This studio condo worked out perfect for us. My husband was playing in a few baseball tournaments in the area. The bed was comfy and we were happy to have cable.

Amazing! Great Location
My boyfriend and I stayed here on a 6 week medical school rotation. The stay was great! Eva made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, right on the water. Every night we jogged down the sidewalk and watched the amazing Florida sunset. The private beach access was a special treat. The beach was empty even on the weekend! There are great restaurants nearby and a short drive to Delray and City Place.
