This property is definitely not worth the 1,000 night rate. Service was awful. It was apparent they are under staffed and not ready to be open. I now am in a dispute with charges doubling what our balance was when we checked out and nobody will return calls or put me in touch with the accounting department to take care of over charging me. I would NOT stay in this hotel unless you want to be disappointed.

Not worth the money.
The hotel was chic and upscale. There wasn’t much lobby space to relax. And the pool had no open chairs most of the time. The restaurant didn’t offer snacks or apps between meals. Location was good. Overall I think this hotel should be priced much lower than it was.

Beautiful property in an ideal location. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Big thank you to Valentina James for making our stay feel extra special for my husbands birthday. Looking forward to coming back.

Sweet escape
Nice hotel. Staff was great. Rooms seemed as though they weren’t finished just yet. I could see this hotel being 5 stars after they work through the kinks a little bit. Overall nice stay but would try somewhere else next time.
