Excellent location!
The condo had everything you could need. Very clean and great location. Close to the pools and really secure with gate guard. Check in/ check out supereasy and all info on the TV’s, WiFi, overall condo info was easily accessible. Definitely planning my next visit!

Nice condo, poor service
Started out with difficulty finding the unit due to poor instructions on how to pass through gated entries. Gate attendants wouldn't give directions. The condo was clean and pleasant. The swimming pool had goose droppings all over, which were not cleaned up in a timely way. Bathroom light went out and management didn't fix.

Ok, but not as advertised
First the good- the condo was clean, had a good range of kitchen amenities and the beds were very comfortable. Now the not so good- saying it I overlooks the pool is just flat out false advertising. Yes, you could See the pool railing if you stood on the balcony and craned your neck. The plumbing needs a good rotorooterimg, the light in the second bath needs to be replaced and the towel rack secured. The tv would not connect to streaming services even though the wifi said it was ok. There were no departure instructions so we cleaned and left it as close to howe we found it without doing linens or towels.

Condo and location were great. Close to market, dining, shopping and golf courses. Well stocked kitchen. Window coverings could use upgrading (older vertical blinds did not open/close easily and had broken panels). We enjoyed our stay!

Neat & clean condo
The condo was neat & clean & had everything we could need for our stay. A lot of the blinds were broken or missing though. It did say that there was a view of the pool, from our balcony, but we could hardly see it through the trees, we thought we would have access to the pool, but you need a key for the pool, which was never left in our room, so the kids were disappointed, that they couldn't use it.

Great for family stay
I stayed here with my mom and my sister. It's in a gated community, drivable to a lot of things in the Palm Desert area. Very spacious and nice place. There's automatic locks on the doors so you can use a code which was easy/convenient.

False advertised
The pictures compared to the actual place don't match. The images are old on this listing. Let's start with out this property lost stars. 1st star lost was due to the sofa could only seat about 3 and there was just and extra chair.Property is listed for 6 people, the sofa on pictures doesn't match. Together with the fact that there is a small Tv in the master bedroom and NO TV in the second bedroom. We were all fighting for the bigger Tv in the living room. The master bedroom bed doesn't have a headboard and in a lot of the rooms the window panels were missing or in the main living room it was broken and you couldn't open it. 2nd star lost was because of playing musical pans with the stove. The temperate of stove even on high would at times stop and go on low while cooking. I had to play around with all burners and switch my pan to a different burner so, I could cook. This is the longest it took to cook a tortilla. Plus there are only 2 old pans. You need more pans!!. 3rd star lost was because the airbed. I thought first time It was my fault for not closing it right, but every morning the bed lost its air. I was on the floor at 4 in the morning. There was actually no extra warm comforter for the person sleeping on the airbed. The community is quiet and pools are nice, but this condo needs to be maintained more and pictures updated. 2 stars kept because it was clean and because the community is nice and checking was easy although you have to drive around to the main gate to be able to get in.

Weekend golf tournament
My dad and I enjoyed the condo! We were out there for a two day golf tournament and had our reservation cancelled at WorldMark Indio because of Newsom's stay at home order. :/ This condo worked perfect for us last minute. Spacious, Golf Channel and the jacuzzi right around the corner. Thumbs up!

I’m a working professional, stayed here to work remotely for a change of scenery. Pros: -Great outdoor patio area and nice view -Garage + driveway affords quite a bit of parking -Very quiet (a bit of a con perhaps, as it feels like you can’t really speak above a whisper outside without it feeling like the whole neighborhood can hear) -Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms -Kitchen is reasonably equipped and grill outside is clean -Good internet speeds (about 90/10 when I checked) -Many good spaces for working Cons: -Cleaning efforts were subpar, especially during COVID times. There was hair on the sinks when we arrived, some areas were dusty, and the carpet was a bit dirty -If you leave anywhere outside the community, getting in and out is a bit of an ordeal. It’s a gated community and we had to go to 3 gates just to check in on the first night. If you enter after 3pm, you have to go to a farther away gate which is a bit frustrating because there’s a gate 500 feet from the apartment -Lack of house rules/instructions. Unclear if we were responsible for taking the trash, doing the dishes before leaving, etc. I did these things because I didn’t want to get charged extra, but makes me question the validity of the triple digit cleaning fee All things considered, I don’t know if we’d come back. We enjoyed our stay and nothing was particularly off, but we’ve stayed at tidier places.

The pictures looked nice and the neighborhood was very safe but inside is pretty old and not cleaned. We found someone’s old face mask in bathroom drawer which was very disgusting. Kitchen wears r old and dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Still under repair
Fireplace not available for use, cabinets in need of repair/replacement, interior walls damaged and floor/wall trim missing. Not what I’d expect for the price. The requirement for the rental unit was non smoking, which we complied with. Cigarette and cigar smoke from the unit below came into our unit. If the below unit is not a rental, we should have been informed to allow our choosing whether to rent.

While the grounds are beautiful and the location great, it must be remembered the property is on the 2nd floor. The size of the unit is terrific and all your needs are met, the kitchen is falling apart and the entire place needs to be spruced up. That being said, it was a great place and a great buy.

Everything was great. Got there earlier than check in time. But the owner let us in! We loved being staying there and had to check out late for extra staying! Only thing I wasn't happy is that the neighbor from down stair. They got mad on first day due to my little kids. She was little bit mean the way she talked to me. But I understood how she felt too.

Fabulous alternative to hotels in Palm Springs
My friends and I were thrilled with the condo. It was more than depicted in the pictures. I’m really pleased I found this option! The only thing I would suggest doing, and this is not A criticism, but it would be very helpful if the bathrooms had grab bars in the shower and near the toilet, for older folks like myself.
