Staff very service oriented but we had issues daily with shower water pressure, and could not be fixed, which was a real hassle and below expectations (we even changed rooms but no better - pressure from taps and bath good but shower horrible). They could also use another restaurant on property.

The keys to the room stopped working on the second day. I went to the front desk to get them reprogrammed and they took 10 minutes without giving an explanation or apology for the inconvenience. There was a foul odor in the room that started on day 2. The odor affected my husband’s allergies. Overall it was not a good experience. I will not stay here again.

Check-in staff could have been more informative. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and there has not been a separate parking charge but this time there was and we only found out inadvertently by reading the parking pass form after checking in. It would have been nice for expedia to highlight this change and the front desk to inform us at check-in.

With the variety of activities within walking distance, we were able to be car free during our stay. The staff were very welcoming and seeking to help in any way possible… an I mean all the staff!!

This entire property is amazing. The room was super spacious, it had everything we needed for cooking, laundry. The property itself is just amazing. The pools were so beautiful, our kids had so much fun. Shallow poll, spray park, pool tables, cornhole, ping pong, and even a waterslides. The activity centre was also amazing, they had beer and popcorn for free on Tuesday afternoon, wine and cheese on Wednesday afternoon and lots of fun games for kids to play. The ladies at the pool also organized games with freezies for the kids! It was also just a short walk to mini golf, sand volleyball court, basketball court and Pickleball courts. Our kids never wanted to leave! We will for sure be back.

Amazing place, our room was nice and clean. It was beautiful looking over a golf course. The pool was so clear, same with the hot tubs. We enjoyed doing aquasize every morning and just walking around the property. Love it! No.We will definitely be going back!
