Great location and recently renovated
My family and I have been in Palm Springs several times. For this price range, this was the best hotel we have stayed at. Most buildings in Palm Springs are old (built in the 50’s/60’s), so it’s always a challenge to find something that feels “fresh”. The Dunes has been recently renovated so that was great! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Location is fantastic - walking distance to all restaurants and shops. I absolutely loved their “contactless” check in and check out - all is done via text and we didn’t even stopped at the front desk. Will definitely stay again our next time in Palm Springs!

Our stay at the Dunes was decent. They don’t have a kitchen, but the room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. The common area had a vending machine, an ice machine and a microwave so we got food from a grocery store. The wifi was pretty good. We didn’t use the pool because we were busy with work. The room and bathroom were clean.

Property renovations are super cute! Has all the basics necessities and easy to walk to town. 1 major flaw- we heard our neighbors partying/yelling ALL night- wall were thin and they woke us up multiple times throughout the night- but overall property was good!

Staff were attentive and friendly. The room and bathroom were large and clean. No dresser and only one suitcase rack was an issue. We could hear EVERY footstep above us, noise from adjoining rooms and all the outside noise created by guests. It was very child friendly, but not the relaxing experience I come to Palm Springs for. If you choose to stay here, request the 3rd floor.

Enjoy the Stay
I have stayed at the Dunes 4 or 5 times, excellent place to stay. Good location for walking to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Give it a try next time your visiting Pal Springs.
