The staff were amazing, very friendly. Breakfast was great selection and kid friendly. Pool area was great , grandson had a fantastic time. The only thing i wasnt impressed with was the bathroom counter was not clean, there was soap marks from previous guests on the counter in 3 different spots, i cleaned it myself , but i then wondered what else wasnt cleaned.

Rooms are outdated, the A/C unit is very loud. The fridge doesn't have a freezer, I am someone who works out out town and was unable to freeze my cooler ice pavks for my next days lunch. The TV lost its signal from 11pm to 6am. Could not watch TV during that time.

A perfect get away!!

My husband and I had a family event so we decided to take a a room at the Best Western Plus for a couple of days. It was our first stay at this hotel and it won't be our last!! When checking in we were greeted by the by their friendly and informative staff and the room was clean and comfortable !! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling and a variety of items for every taste. I would recommend this hotel to all!!!

It was a fast check in ! I went to get a complimentary water out of the cooler that they have and it tipped open my arm ….was a sharp corner ….omg the blood and my arm looks awful ! Going to be a huge scar! Was going to tell the front desk but totally huge lineup and I was bleeding like crazy! Also Ac unit is in a closet between bed and washroom and it is so noisy like rumbling !

Great spot for families; breakfast buffet in the lobby with lots of options, coffee/latte machine that you can access any time of day, pool is a good size and beds were comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping and less than a 25 minute drive to the African Lion Safari.

The staff made me feel at home, and they get to know the guests, and a very polite. The Hotel has a nostalgic feel to it, it's old, but very comfortable. Bed for me was excellent, indoor pool and hot tub fantastic bonus. It made an excellent base for me while in Cambridge. I shall return, and can't wait to see what they will do with the upcoming renovations.

Nice hotel, great staff, very helpful. Breakfast was great. Room is outdated and needs to be updated but hotel itself was good. AWESOME POOL AND HOTTUB!
