Only small annoyance was when we got back before we packed up, there was limited tv channels. Hardly any movie/sport options and Netflix said you had to install something so we didn't bother with that.

We liked that it was a large family suite. Had wifi and netflix, great parking. We did not like that it was very very noisy due close to road/traffic noise and noisy guests who were having parties, were extremely noisy and arguments during late at night/early morning. Party and loud noisy on one night and arguments on the second night. Overall I would rate this property as a 2.5 star due to noise and guest issues.

A number of days during our stay our bed was not made. It was like they emptied the bin and replaced the towels and that was the room serviced. It was a very convenient location for the hospital. It was nice but nothing to write home about.

Spent two nights, Room 15. Bed upstairs was very comfortable. We would stay again. If there is any improvement to be made would be our unit could do with a full-on deep clean. It looked like the carpet was only half pie vacuumed and walls need wiping down where marks are showing. The floor outside the shower needs urgent maintenance because of water damage, the linoleum was spongy to walk on. Batteries in remote controls need changing too. Outside the entry door of the units we think a leaf blower or a broom is needed to get rid of the build up of dirt etc. Not a good look.
