A must stay kind of place!
We loved this charming hotel in the heart of Palo Alto University district. The decor was beautiful! Friendly helpful staff and such a lovely festive lobby! We will definitely stay again!

I find it amazing that the Hotel did not provide some basic items for visitors! A book in some draw that provides information about the hotel services! How do I call the front desk Is there room service? How do I reach housekeeping? In fact, how do I use the phone? It is as if someone in senior management never managed a real live hotel before

The decor was somewhere across between elegant and quirky and it had a beautiful deck bar and restaurant. It was a beautiful and fun place to do find solace.

A really special property - so very well apointed ! The staff is incredible and goes well beyond - from the hosts at the checkin desk, to the bartender at the rooftop bar, to the gentleman that served me coffee and breakfast to go in the hotel dining on the ground floor.. it all made for a memorable experience!
