We were absolutely delighted with this condo! They thought of all the little extras! Extra toilet paper, extra towels, laundry detergent & dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, paper towels & even garbage bags!! I couldn’t believe it! The place was so clean and had cute little touches; like washcloths folded into seashells! We had enough room for everyone to enjoy vacation comfortably. The only downside was we were not told that most of the shops, restaurants & kiddie pool were “closed for the season”

Great Stay!
The property was amazing! We had 8 people stay comfortably. We will definitely be returning. I thought the cleaning fee was too high especially when the instructions were to strip the beds, clean the kitchen, take out the trash, etc. or I would be charged an additional $300 dollars. I also thought an extra $100 dollars for wrist bands and parking passes was excessive.

Great place but they are cheap.
The condo was absolutely lovely! It looked exactly like the pictures and comfortably fit our group of 7. However, getting in touch with anybody to ask questions was near impossible. There wasn’t a set person to email or call to ask questions. I had tried numerous ways to get an answer to a question I had and it took us getting there to get a real answer. Also, I was so shocked that after all the random fees we got charged throughout the process, they only gave us one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dish sponges, no coffee filters, etc.! We spent a lot of money to stay at this place and it was very disappointing that we had to go out and buy our own supplies. They could have AT LEAST had a few extras of everything. Other than poor communication and limited products, the place was great. So close to the beach, some good restaurants on the property, and pretty good views. If you are with young kids, I would probably advise not to come down to PCB during the month of March… the crowds were crazy and some people were sketchy but I bet the rest of the year it’s great.

Overall decent stay but we won’t be back
The property was nice and we had plenty of towels (6 adults). The elevators weren’t an issue at all. Park on the 3rd level of the north parking garage and the walk to the room is less than 5 mins and easy peasy to load and unload the vehicle because the elevator isn’t necessary. The annoying part of our stay (and why I won’t stay here again) was the facility bracelets. You have to wear them the entire stay and they are supposed to get you into the pools and fitness center. They did not work for any of the 6 of us (I saw others at the pool that had the same issue. The lock would beep but it would not open). I went and had mine replaced but it didn’t work after that either. I think next time I’ll try another property and hopefully we’ll get some pool time in

When we arrived, the place was not cleaned. Second bathroom was not even clean, lots of sand in the bathtub which then we found out that’s is clogged and not even available to be used and mirror was smeared with lotion. Patio window were not cleaned and very milky. Place needed vacuuming and kitchen countertops were disgusting. Building its self is very old and needs lots of updates. Waiting on elevators takes a least 2 hours out of day, needs serious update asap. It’s ridiculous! Check in staff not very nice and to get your stuff to the room you have to pay $20 for a cart. I was under assumption that comes in with parking charges. The condo has very limited towels, paper, barely holds for a week stay. The area is nice and great for families, but would recommend to stay at another cleaner place. For the amount you pay for stay here is not worth it.

Upon arrival, the condo had something smeared all over the fridge, ceiling, wall and door frame of master bedroom. Toilet paper holder was broken in bathroom. Condo sleeps 8, but they only provide 5 towels. WiFi password did not work, neither did the beach access code that was provided. WiFi was incredibly slow. The property was not all that clean (trash and food was present on the ground around the property). Elevators were either broken or incredibly slow. Around dinner time when everyone was coming off the beach, the line for the elevator was very slow. This condo is on the 3rd floor so we used the stairs the entire week. Very close to the beach (3-5 min walk).

Great place to get away from it all
We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Loved all the amenities on property and everything was as shown in the photos. Loved the convenience of having restaurants on site, especially the first night of our arrival. We also liked watching the fountain shows and appreciated the large balcony. Was given an incorrect Wi-Fi password but reached out to owner who provided the correct password within one hour. The only real issues were (1) the elevators were slow. One was broken the entire week of our stay. Condo is on the third floor so stairs would normally be an option but one member of our party had recently had hip surgery and wasn’t cleared for stairs yet; and (2) There were no luggage carts so we had to carry everything from the cars which meant multiple trips. We would stay here again.

The condo was nice, everything was clean as expected. No real issues with anything! The fridge wasn’t too cold but the freezer was on point. Could put a water bottle in there and 10 minutes later completely frozen. Other note the resort itself was okay. Pools were nice and beach was a short walk and easy to access. Only issues with the place would be the elevators. We took stairs a lot but if we needed a elevator we went to the garage elevator as that had less traffic. I would give the condo a 8.9/10 and the resort a 7/10 since it was fine and close to Walmart and pineapple willys.

Amazing!! The condo was beautiful! Awesome views from balcony. Loved the nightly music water show. The condo had plenty of room and it was a easy, short walk to the beach. Definitely hope to come back! My kids said this was there favorite vacation and we travel a lot.

Would still recommend even though there was some unplanned charges.
Overall we were very happy with the property. Communication with the property manager however was terrible. After I called and they said they would call me back, they never did. Nor did they reply to my email or phone call the following day. This is the first time we have dealt with a property manager while using VRBO and I sure hope this isn’t how they all work. There was also a 4% fee if you paid with a credit card. Along with parking fees and wrist band fees that were not included in the initial cost. We were hit with those later. The condo appeared just as the pictures showed. The couch and loveseat could be replaced, they are very worn and uncomfortable but are clean. There was mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. And the patio table is alittle rusty. Otherwise it had all we needed. I would recommend making sure you bring extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods and paper towels as there was no extra. 3rd floor location was perfect. Easy enough to take the steps and located near the main floor pool which was wonderful. We came with our family and while it is definitely the party part of town we never had any issues. Located where you can walk to a lot of places. All in all we would come back to this condo and would recommend.
