With over 1800 sq. feet of Outside Decking (with 450 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), Sea Ya Soon is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The views were breathtaking, and we loved spending our mornings on the porch with a cup of coffee and our evenings listening to the waves crash. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to everything we needed.But what truly set this experience apart was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. When my nephew accidentally left his phone behind after we checked out, the host didn't hesitate to help. They communicated with us right away and worked with us to get the phone safely back. That level of care and hospitality is rare and so appreciated.This trip was special for our family, and this beach house made it even more memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful place with an exceptional host Kelly!

Good Location

This house is in a great location. The features are very nice. It was just remodeled but needed a good cleaning. I was informed by the owner it was cleaned by them as well as a cleaning service but there was dust on the furniture and from day one if you walked around with no shoes your feet were black. We also had an issue with the heated pool the heater was out a few days of our stay and I was told by the owner it was working before we arrived but they new it went out during a wind storm. The pool person explained that the board was out on the heater and they were going to fix it later because I assume waiting on parts. The owner explained that he did not charge us a 60 dollar fee for heating (which was not in the listing) so not sure if that was a save or not. Overall it was a pretty home but needed some work and I was told it was a new owner. I felt like the owner or Propert manager hurried it up to get people in and hoped it would be ok and was not really ready for renters yet. I understand things break and that is ok but per my conversation it seemed to be a known issue and they were hoping we would not have issues or not notice? I would not have been as upset if there was transparency but we lost a few days of the pool which was a main part of our renting a house like this.

Great location and time

We all had a great time and it was perfect. Had something for us all that have different likes and requirements. Plus we got to bring our fur babies without paying an extra arm and leg, if you can even find something on the beach that allows pets.

Excellent Vacation House

We had a great time at this spacious, clean and comfortable beachfront house. Pool and hot tub were clean and heated to perfection. Communication with management was quick and one small issue was handled quickly. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Location, Location, Location!

If you want unobstructed view and limletless access to the beach and ocean, this place is for you! If the ocean is too cold in December, you can enjoy the heated pool or hottub! I looked for weeks to find the perfect spot with adequate sleeping arrangements and seating. Our family of 6, (with 2 elderly), thought the accommodations complimented our vacation well. The area is close to many tourist locations and restaurants. Contact with the management company was easy and we were satisfied with the responses. We were there for 5 days, and we cooked in several times. Our only suggestion is that if you want to cook in, you need to have all the ingredients necessary. There is not salt and pepper or oil. Not a big deal! Still gave 5 stars as I'd stay again.

Generally speaking we were thrilled with the beach and surroundings. The house was not well suited for 3 couples and 7 grandchildren. 2 couples had lovely bedrooms and baths but the 3rd couple was stuck upstairs with the kid’s sleeping in bunk beds. The house needs repairs and a thorough cleaning (tiny bugs were in the silverware drawer). The pool and hot tub were very nice. We had fun but would not book again.

Great View

There were a few small things that could have been better but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and it’s close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The minute you walk in the house you see a wonderful view of the ocean and palm trees. We did have one issue during our stay but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this place again.

Great location, Great house!

Everything with property management was very easy and professional. The property was exceedingly clean, as well. Linens and towels were good, with LOTS of plush beach towels available for our use. Our kids didn't use the top bunks in the upstairs bedrooms because the upper beds were a little too close to the ceiling, but the lower bunks were manageable. Downstairs bedrooms were fine and had en suite bathrooms. LOVED the huge washer and dryer (I might have to rethink our front loader machines because these were nice!). The pool was slightly larger than I expected, as it was around 10'x20' -- perfectly sized for 3 of us to laze away the day in the sun. The condo complex next door was quiet, and surprisingly, their renters never "overtook" the beach. Truly a wonderful, relaxing experience at this property. Strongly recommend Capt. Anderson's for dinner -- it's relatively close by, and the food was fabulous!

Perfect place for a large family vacation!

The house was exactly as described! Perfect size for our family of 11 people. The House was in great shape with comfy king beds. Bunk beds are fine for kids but not as comfy for an adult. Plenty of room for all of us. I think the best part was our own hot tub and heated pool and only a few steps to the sandy beach! I did call maintenance for some outdoor outlets not working but they came out the same day we arrived on Saturday to check them and then fixed them Monday. Just a few suggestions. The couches needed deep cleaned as they smell and they are not that comfortable and could be worn out. The cookware is old and very hard to use with misc pieces. Hard to cook up large servings of bacon and eggs. But Plenty of kitchenware! Appliances were great. Fridge needs some broken shelves replaced and I added that to the maintenance needs as some were missing too. Lastly, not a deal breaker but there are no dressers upstairs in the 2 bunkbed rooms, so hard to unpack a weeks worth of clothes. Has to use the suitcase. :( A great place and will definitely look to rent again. It’s definitely an above average rental house!

Great Location!

The house was as expected. It was clean and spacious and the deck/pool are just awesome. We encountered some mechanical issues during our stay and could not believe how responsive and on-top of taking care of the issues management was - no complaints! We had a really great time in PCB.

Best vacation ever

All we can say is this house, the location, the amenities and the landscape were just perfect. Everything was well maintained and the weather really helped. The heated swimming pool was working perfectly and the jacuzzi as well. The house is very spacious and comfortable but when we saw the view from the pool area that was the only place we wanted to be. That was for sure one of the better vacations we had in a while and after spending a week in this house, we are already booked for this year!

Shoddy property and below par furniture

Shoddy property and below par furniture. No carpets in the living room - just the bare minimum. If you are planning to use the kitchen while you are there, forget it! Even the knives don’t work. You can tell from staying there that the property is not maintained to provide a good experience to the vacationer. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Additionally, we had a particularly bad and frigid experience (pun-intended) owing to the surprisingly sub-zero temperatures and the owner’s condescending reply stating that he/she “doesn’t control the weather”. We were hoping to atleast keep ourselves warm indoors. But the floors are not insulated and the first floor almost uninhabitable. We managed to get a room heater which was apparently elusive to the property manager’s tepid efforts to keep us warm and comfortable.

Family Xmas Vacay

Everything was clean and there was enough space and bath towels for all 10 of us. We enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub in the 40-60 degree weather we experienced. (We’re from northern indiana, the weather was almost perfect. Lol) We had plenty of space on the dining room table to play board games and decorate Christmas cookies. Definitely would come back next year!

Perfect vacation house

The house was perfect all around with the beach access, heated pool, hot tub and stocked kitchen with all of the necessary utensils for cooking. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had.
