Cute studio close the the beach
Stay was really great. It was a super short walk to the beach and a super short drive to the main 30a area. Beds were comfy. The airflow is not super great through the long room but host provided fans to alleviate the problem. Only issue was that the toilet flushing can be a little slow and weird.

Great getaway property
Enjoyed a different side of 30A for once. Less traffic, less people but still plenty of great beach and places to eat. Really enjoyed the location of this property and access to beach.

Getaway Gem at Inlet Beach
Beach, Please! was exactly what I was hoping for and needed for a week long getaway by myself. Updated cottage/farmhouse/beach house decor looking like it was designed with an HGTV team made me feel right at home away from home. The location was great. .. just a short walk to the beach and less than 5 minutes drive to some of my favorite restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach and some newer ones a cross Hwy 98. This is a quiet and tranquil spot with a balcony where I could relax in the mornings sipping on coffee or in the evenings sipping on wine (slight view of the ocean was an added bonus). The condo was extremely clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked even with a Keurig and kcups, which for me is a definite plus. The hostess, Kristen, was readily available within minutes for some questions that I had about the property. I would highly recommend this for a beach getaway for 1-2 adults. I hope to return some day soon! Well worth booking this one!

Old grandparents vacation.
Our property was a little short on supplies. Other places that we have stayed in had things like saran wrap, foil, hot pot pads. We had to go and buy our own paper towels because one roll is not enough. We brought a lot of stuff but my expectations left me without in some areas. Being on the third floor and climbing stairs had my legs swollen. Young family with young kids for the third floor not old grandparents.

30A Quick Trip
Very neat and clean plus quite condo within a short walk to inlet beach. This beach was not crowded and both the beach and water was extremely clean and beautiful. We had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We will keep this property in mind for our next stay. Thanks!

Great place for us and our 2 kids! Close to the beach, nice pool, had everything we wanted and needed! Kristen is great at responding to any questions promptly. 100% recommend! This was our second year at Inlet Sands and we enjoyed this unit even more than the one we stayed in last year.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great location. A little away from the crowds and A short walk to the beach. It was very clean clean, which is important to me, and very close to Publix (grocery store 3 minute drive). Across the way is a shopping center with restaurants, doughnut coffee shop, and an urgent care. Kristin was very kind, attentive, and responded immediately with any questions we had. The only negative, were the beds and pillows. They were hard and flat. Also the AC window unit is by the bed. It would get chilly next to it and hot by the bunk beds and bathroom. Other than that, we definitely would go back!

A nice condo with beach access short walking distance. Our family enjoyed our time here. Short drive to Rosemary. Kristen was always very easy to contact for questions and gave great suggestions for restaurants and fishing excursion. Slept 5- the futon was short for a tall person.

Perfect weekend getaway!
This condo was beautifully decorated and so modern. It was perfect for our weekend getaway with our young children. They loved the bunk beds. The kitchen even has soft close drawers. The bed was comfortable which is a huge plus when on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach, Please!

It is clean!
We were looking to extend our stay in Florida and found this place just in time! It was so neat, clean, and quaint. There are a few things that are out of the renters control but nonetheless affected our stay. The place is a little ways longer than “just a few steps from the beach.” It’s a little small for 5 people. There is no exhaust fan in the only restroom so 5 people taking showers was hot!! The biggest detractor is the neighbors/house manager (the person that lived on the bottom floor) that felt the need to interject throughout the entirety of our stay, even adding additional rules that were not provided by the renter. That made us all feel very uncomfortable.

Fantastic find!
We absolutely loved this condo. Quick walk to the beach, nice quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice. The attention to detail was amazing. It had everything we needed and then some. We were thoroughly impressed! Highly recommend! Kristen was a pleasure to work with...and she had some amazing dining recommendations.

Cleanest condo on the beach!
Seriously the cleanest condo we've ever stayed at. I am a clean freak so staying away from home always makes me uneasy. Not here. Super close short walk (~3min with young kids) to an almost private beach. Very few families/people were there despite popular vacation time. Gorgeously decorated kitchen, bath, and living spaces that allow for plenty of relaxation. Kids loved the bunks beds and the master bed was very comfortable for a great night sleep. Great local food options and shopping nearby-- great option too for grocery conciage which was so perfect to arrive with a stocked fridge upon our families arrival! Condo was stocked with everything we needed for the week- board games, beach towels, etc. highly recommend this condo and this beach location. We hope to return again soon!!

We loved our stay here! Kristen was so so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to the trip. The condo is adorably decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. We came for a bachelorette weekend, and she gave us excellent recommendations of fun places to eat. We went everywhere she recommended and they were all perfect! The condo is so close to the beach, easily a 2-3 minute walk. The pool is a great alternative to the ocean! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone we know!

A beautiful room close to the beach
My wife and I brought our two boys (1 & 3) to stay here for two days and three nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. We were a very short walk from the beach and the bathroom is right next to the front door do you can get the sand washed off as soon as you step in the house. There were only a few minor things that I thought could be a bit better. I didn't realize that our room was on the third floor and we had a ton of stuff to carry in each day, so we got a bit of a workout. As I mentioned, the room itself was beautiful and had just about everything we needed. However the bed sheets, pillows and pillow cases felt very rough and hard and even made it uncomfortable to sleep. I wished I had at least brought my own pillow because it felt like I was sleeping on a piece of hard foam. The toilet paper in the bathroom was paper thin and almost translucent. I know this seems picky but when you are paying good money to stay someplace for a few days little things like this are important. So my overall suggestion would be to bring your own pillows and toilet paper and you'll have a wonderful time here.

The condo & the owners are great!
We loved the condo itself! So cozy, updated, clean, and fully stocked. The owners were exceptional to work with and so accommodating. Kristen always communicated quickly and was so nice! The distance to the beach was GREAT! The only downside I think to this condo is the pool and the people who live in the complex on a regular basis. The pool wasn't kept clean and was just ok. The people who live there would smoke off of their porch (right beside the pool) every time my kids and I were out there. (I know this isn't the owners fault at all) The smoking and some of the conversations we heard were less than appealing. Overall we loved staying here, but the pool is a big deal with three small kids and we probably ended up only spending about 2 hrs there the whole week. Thank you Kristen for such a nice place!
