We completed a $2M renovation to our 18-unit building in early 2023. It looks fantastic! I have also significantly upgraded the condo. I removed all of the carpets throughout both condos and replacing them with LVP. Now there is travertine and LVP throughout the condo. A new very nice king bedroom set in the master with a new iCloud very comfortable king mattress and box spring. I also added a 55-inch TV in the master. I have a new kitchen refrigerator as well. I cover the cost for a beach service umbrella, 2 chairs and a side table that will be set up for you early each day. I have not had time to schedule a professional photographer to take pictures of all the great changes to the building and condo. Thank you for considering my condo. :) It is a such a fun place for a beach front Gulf vacation. It is colorful and decorated so that you will feel like you are away and at the beach. It is quite spacious, very comfortable, great Gulf views and in a great location along 30A. My hope is that after a couple of days you will feel like you are home and that you have one of your best, most relaxing and fun family beach vacations. Over the past 10+ years I have dozens of families that have been back numerous times.
I own 2 similar condos in the small18 unit complex. My other one is property 123162. They are equally as nice. I try to be always available to answer any questions or respond to any need. A few unique and much appreciated features of my condo(s) are: We have a large private deeded beach for only 18 units. Our fantastic beach service provider is onsite and maintains the beach for Blue Tide guests use exclusively. Our beach is much more private than the beaches at Seaside, Watercolor, Seagrove, Seacrest Beach (we are Seacrest), Rosemary Beach. Another feature really enjoyed by guests is you can walk right off the family room balcony steps to the steps to the beach. No need to go our front, down hallways, around the building or down an elevator. Families love the convenience. Because I have owned for over 12 years, I offer very good pricing when compared to comparable Gulf front properties. I cover the cost of a beach umbrella, 2 chairs and a side table that is set up for you early each day ($180/wk. value). It is SO convenient to have them set up and ready whenever you go to the beach. We have a large private beach for only 18 units and someone on site to keep it private for guests. Check out the picture of just 1/2 of our beach with the single row of orange umbrellas. Look next to our beach and you will see an area of about 25 yards that serves over100 homes from across the street. I believe and hope you will share these feelings after staying here. The Gulf can be mesmerizing! Blue Tide 7B, in Seacrest, Florida, is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo (including the loft), 3 full baths, 2 balconies overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, is very spacious at 1950 Sq. ft. The beaches have been voted as one of the best of 'Americas Beaches'. The condo is located on scenic 30-A, 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach and 3/4 mile from Alys Beach on the eastern end of 30A (less crowded). The townhouse is fully furnished to make you feel at home when you stay there. It is located on a bike trail that runs the length of 30A - 17 miles. Riding east on 30A you have Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach within 2 1/2 miles with very interesting shops and places to eat. This is a lot of fun for families. Bikes can be rented and delivered to the condo. You will enjoy the incredible panoramic views to the east and west from the 2 private balconies of the sugar white sand and emerald, green water of the gulf. It is truly breathtaking. There is nothing more beautiful and relaxing than sitting on one of the balconies in the morning enjoying coffee and/or breakfast or in the evening looking at the gulf and listening to the waves. The condo is designed so the sun never comes directly into the condo, and no one can see in (very private), so you never need to close the drapes and can enjoy the great Gulf views from the master, kitchen, dining area and family room all day long. Sun-up to sun set. There is a private pool on-site. The condo offers 2 large bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and full baths attached. There is a loft with 2 single beds. The loft is semi-private and like a retreat for children, teenagers and maybe young single adults. Because it is semi-private and does not have a bath attached, it might not be best suited for couples. There is a 3rd full bath on the main floor. There is also a new pullout queen size sleeper sofa. The family room has 2 new comfortable swivel chairs with another chair and a queen sofa. It has a 55-inch smart TV with cable and high definition on channels 800 to about 850. Each bedroom and loft have smart TVs. The master bedroom has a vanity area between the bedroom and bathroom for a little more privacy. It also has a large walk-in travertine shower with a regular and overhead rain shower head. Very relaxing. There is free fast speed wireless internet. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 6 around the large dining table and a breakfast bar with 3 seats. Both the master and family room have double sliding glass doors that open to balconies with seating and tables. Linens, towels and washcloths and a washer/dryer are provided. There is a private pool for guests and owners. The Blue Tide has about 200 linear feet of private gulf frontage. There are only 18 units in this quaint, quiet, family friendly complex. It provides a wonderful atmosphere for a fantastic vacation and a place to create lifelong fond memories. I have so many guests that have been back 3 and 4 times. Many say they treasure their time spent at the Blue Tide and can't wait to get back. I feel the same way. I think you would as well. There are 2 grills in front of the complex next the parking lot for use. There are county laws preventing grilling on the balcony or behind the complex. Sorry, NO PETS and NO Smoking or Vaping allowed. No smoking inside the townhouse or on the balcony.

For Golfers - I m a member of the Watersound Club and with that, as a guest of mine, you would have access to their 2 Championship golf courses and a short executive course. Camp Creek Golf course is rated in the top 2 % of private courses in the U.S. and is less than 2 miles away. Sharks Tooth Golf Club, another championship course, is about 15-20 minutes away. Origins, the short executive course in about 15 minutes away. The cost to play Camp Creek or Sharks Tooth is $250 plus taxes. Origins cost is $50 plus tax. Reservations would need to be made in advance (up to 30 days) through me. Incredibly beautiful courses and scenery.
