This condo sits on the tenth floor of Sunbird, a beachfront property with gated grounds full of amenities for your use. Enjoy three swimming pools, sundecks, lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, a shuffleboard court, and grilling areas with picnic tables. It's a great spot in the heart of Panama City Beach, with such attractions as Ripley's Believe It or Not!, WonderWorks, and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, all within half a mile.

This floor plan is the largest in Sunbird, giving you plenty of space to relax after a day at the beach. Through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, you'll find a balcony with gorgeous views perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and everything in between.

The condo's interior is marked by large, plentiful windows and a wonderfully open floor plan. All sorts of entertainment are waiting for you, including a game station with two arcade consoles, a smart TV in the waterfront living area, and complimentary WiFi. Enjoy a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a cozy bedroom with a TV, and central air-conditioning throughout the condo.

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
