We were charged a substantial resort fee for a 6-night stay ending Jan 17. The Expedia site clearly stated that resort fees only applied from March 1st to October 31. We tried several times to contact the hotel by phone with no luck at all. I have since talked to Expedia a few times. In addition to a phone number, Expedia has an e-mail address for the hotel. The hotel has not responded to them either. We would not have booked this hotel if we thought there was a resort fee. They don't even have the decency to respond to e-mails or phone mail messages.
