A month ago I made a reservation for a room with an ocean view. On the day of my arrival, they called me to say that the room was unavailable, and I was given the option of a full refund or a room with a street view. I had no choice but to accept the change, so they gave me a $50 food credit and free parking. Despite the inconvenience, the hotel and the service were excellent. So, next time, it's better not to make reservations through third-party companies, but to book directly with the hotel.
