Extremely difficult location for a disabled person. Way too much walking from parking to hotel. Way too much walking from assigned hotel room to the restaurant. Many hidden fees you do not expect until after you check in. Will not stay at Hyatt Place again. There are other hotels which are much more senior friendly.

When we arrived it was cold and rainy. At check-in we were told to park across the main street, so I had to leave my wife by herself and drive there. I then had to walk back cold and wet! This was our initial impression. We saw other adjacent hotels with covered walkways from their parking garages. After that incident, everything else was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the duration of our visit at your spectacular property.

I travel the world and stay at many hotels! I was thrilled to stay at the Hyatt Place Panama City! From the time I checked in and was welcomed by the Manager Bobby, to all the other friendly staff. This property is special! My dogs also loved the hotel. I highly recommend this property! The free breakfast is outstanding! The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are very modern. Talk about views..you cant beat the views! Great area! Down the street from great shopping too!

The Hyatt Place in Panama City Beach is a hidden gem. It is centrally located within walking distance to everything. Hyatt parking is right across the street. The rooms are modern and spacious. The staff is super courteous and attentive, especially the night manager Bobby. There is free breakfast everyday and the restaurant also serves dinner. We will be coming back to the Hyatt Panama City Beach for our next stay.

The hotel room was nice. I didn’t like the breakfast. I didn’t like how the parking lot was across the street. Our AC didn’t work that well but I loved the sights of the ocean from our room balcony.

My stay at this hotel was genuinely wonderful from start to finish. The view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking, one of those scenes you could sit and admire for hours. The pool area was beautifully lit in the evenings, creating a cozy, relaxing atmosphere, and the floating river was an unexpected bonus that made the experience even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better. It’s incredibly walkable and close to just about everything you’d want: plenty of restaurants, shops, and of course a stunning view of the pier right nearby. Whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat or heading out for a sunset stroll, everything is just steps away. I was also really impressed by the service. The front desk staff member had an amazing memory—he remembered my name from check-in alone, which made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. Little touches like that make a big difference. The property itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering a peaceful place to unwind after exploring the area. Between the great amenities, friendly service, and unbeatable location, this hotel is definitely one I’d love to return to.
