It took an hour to check in after I did a pre check in. There was one girl at the desk and the line was long. My friend went to find a manager and found Naomi who was the Food and Beverage manager. She came to the front desk and went and found the manager for that area who came out and got us checked in. Not sure why the front desk manager wasn't helping her employee. We felt sorry for her. Thanks to Naomi who was so helpful and friendly!

We did a family stay in PCB at this hotel between Christmas and New Years this year. What an AWESOME hotel. We got a room that had bunk beds and it was perfect for our family. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool, walking the beach, and checking out the shops at Pier Park just up the road. The hotel staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. We ate at Coconut Charlie's one night and really enjoyed the food! We also ate breakfast every morning and it was perfect- the food selection and food quality were top notch. We will DEFINITELY stay here again if we decide to come back to PCB again as a family- a GREAT spot!

Honestly, very disappointed for the price. We were there a week room was made up once (ONCE!!), had to ask for towels twice during the week. We had tontake the trash out! Asked for a high floor room when reservations were made and given a 3rd floor room! Lots of competition from other quality hotels in the area, so we won't be returning! And based on the desk clerks attitudes they don't care, so we don't either! Service is disappearing in America and this hotel is an example of it. I'm sure a canned response, it any at all, will come from management. Buyer....beware! You have better choices in Panama City Beach!
