The property was exactly what I wanted for my 50th Bday. Directly on the beach, nice pool w bar and food, beautiful views, pet friendly ( easy access to pet area, next to dog beach and walking distance to many pet friendly restaurants) The free parking lot and 2 beach loungers w umbrellas were the cherry on top! Gotta try the BoomBoom Shrimp poolside…MMMM! Great sunsets both from balcony and beachside. I even was able to go snorkeling and see dolphins directly in front of hotel! If you want a hotel with the ability to have it all within walking distance or just not have to leave just relax for a bit the Hyatt place has it all! Thank you Hyatt Place for a wonderful experience, I can’t wait to come Back!

I liked that there was everything at the hotel. There could have been more food options during the day such as sandwiches and chips versus all hot food. Also when trying to check out there was only one attendant working the desk and they had to also cover the Starbucks area and do we had to wait for their drinks to be made. The pool was very fun with the lazy river and the shaded sitting area was genius. I would suggest a dedicated shop that sells souvenirs and pool toys. But overall it was a great experience.

Great stay - AGAIN!
This is our 2nd stay and it will be the only hotel we stay at whenever we visit PC! Clean, comfortable, with great amenities. I don’t like that there is always a “resort fee” everywhere now but at least you actually get something for that fee at the Hyatt. Great breakfast with hot and cold choices (run beautifully-so clean and efficient), parking, Wi-Fi, and 2 beach chairs with an umbrella. The pool area with the lazy river (and bar) offered a shaded area for anyone that had too much sun for the day. Shaded Cabanas were offered but were a bit pricey. I wish housekeeping would hurry up and return to hotels - we were told they came every 2 nights to make the beds, empty trash and replace towels but we only had them show up once to see if we “needed anything”. Not a big deal because I can make my own bed and get clean towels if needed but I do miss those old days! The stay was great, the staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Well worth checking out!

The Hyatt was fantastic! Very clean, very modern, very convenient. The only thing we did not love is that the beach chairs that the Hyatt provided were stacked very close to each other. I definitely recommend bringing your own chairs/tent so you aren’t lying directly beside strangers. Balcony view was beautiful. Love the Coconut Charlie’s bar and the pool was wonderful. Overall, I’d rate 9 out of 10.

Great place to stay! Perfect view, I wish the front desk lady’s fill like working and make starbursts latte instead of saying that the machine was broken 😡. The beach guy (blond one) won’t let me use de beach chair since was too early but 5 minutes later another guy come and place the bag on the chair and nothing happens. Other than that the front desk manager the night girl, and the other boy in the front desk were really nice, in general costumer service is good, the place is clean and the breakfast was ok. Pool, security and cleaning staff, Great 👍!!! Front desk manager great personality skills, and carisma take care of the store, starburst and front desk at the same time! treated guest like family! Wish I can stay longer!

The property was very nice. The breakfast was good, but kind of the same options every morning. The bar was out of a lot of drinks that were advertised. Staff was not overly friendly. It seemed like we were bothering them if we asked for something. All and all it was a good stay and I would stay again.

This stay wasn’t our favorite- but we love Hyatt!
This was our 4th stay at Hyatt Place PCB. We call it our little PCB hidden gem. However it seems that it’s not so hidden any more as they were fully booked- which is great! As usual, everyone was very nice, breakfast was yummy, Coconut Charlie’s was great. The only unfortunate part is that the air went out in our room during the night into the next day and it was pretty miserable. We were asked to leave for maintenance to fix it, but we don’t know how long it took to get fixed because we didn’t get a call letting us know which caused us to miss part of a beach day. We also never received any housekeeping services but they did slip a note under the door that they didn’t clean because we had a pet, which we didn’t, so that was odd. This meant we always had to keep asking for towels. We used to could get them at the front desk to save them a trip, but now someone has to bring them to the room. One evening when we called for towels it took a bit of time (which we are patient and it’s fine) but several hours later when we were downstairs the receptionist asked if we had received our towels because the request was still in the system. But he never followed up to check. This hotel is still very new, but I truly hope that the amazing quality and service isn’t fading away. For $500+ a night, these issues kind of have us looking back into staying in condos again for our next stay coming up in PCB. We were just surprised and a bit saddened to have so many problems.
