Cheap Hotels in Lower Grand Lagoon

The house was very clean and well decorated. Two bedrooms with two full baths were downstairs while all living areas and another bed/bath upstairs. The pool was clean and close to the house; was rarely occupied so had it to ourselves most of the time. The pool area could use some upgrades and it is not heated. The beach access was two blocks away but did require to cross a busy street (Thomas Dr). The house came with a collapsible wagon and beach gear, which did make it nice. The area of the beach from the access was quiet and not busy at all. There is not much of a beach or water view from the house but the overall stay was wonderful.

Perfect house for a large group! We had 13 adults and 4 children and there was room for everyone to sleep and eat. The house is laid out perfectly for large groups and the location on the beach was awesome! We loved the pool and hot tub. This is our 5th year coming to PCB with a large group and this was by far our favorite house. We were a little leery of staying at the east end of PCB (we usually stay on the west end). But, we liked it just as well. There was lots of kitchen utensils, pans to cook in, a crockpot, a coffee pot, 2 toasters, and a blender. The deck gets super hot during the day so just remember to leave flip flops at the bottom of the steps. The house could use black out curtains over the blinds - it would definitely help with keeping the upstairs cool. We ran out of hot water even with staggering showers and laundry. One other thing that would be nice is a crib or pack and play option in the house. There were tons of pillows and the beds were very comfortable. Tons of storage in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Hooks to hang towels on in the bathroom and beach towels and swimsuits would be a bonus. All that to say, we would definitely rent again. We had the best week!!!

This was a great place for our crew. Only negative was the pictures advertised a grill. It wasn't communicated until after booking that a grill wasn't available. With a group of 10 that meant a lot of indoor cooking and this locations kitchen wasn't as stocked as the other locations we had previously stayed. So this meant a few unplanned trips to the store for baking sheets and sauce pans.

The home was excellent. We just were unfortunate and had some cold weather during our stay.
