Ocean Front Paradise with Million Dollar Sunset Views and Free Beach Chairs!

Tropic Winds 2209 is a beautiful, ocean-front condo, located in Panama City Beach, home to sandy white beaches and clear turquoise waters. This condo is located on the 22nd floor, and is one of the few west-facing, corner units, giving panoramic views of the beautiful coastline. Enjoy the spacious, over-sized balcony, watching the sunset from a high-top table enjoying dinner, or from the comfortable sofa just relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. There’s plenty of room for six adults to sit and relax under the covered balcony.

Inside the condo, you will find two spacious bedrooms: Newly renovated Master suite including a King mattress and walk-in shower, with access to the balcony and views of the beach. The second bedroom has 2 Queen beds with new mattresses as well, along with its own full bathroom. Each bedroom has a large flat-screen tv and furniture to allow you to completely unpack your suitcase and feel like you’re at home. The living room, with Gulf-front views, has a large flat-screen tv, along with a large sectional with seating for everyone. The dining room has a table that will easily fit six adults, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a laundry room that has a new oversized washer and dryer for your use.

Also included with your condo are a set of seasonal beach chairs with an umbrella for the week! The beach chair season runs from March to October 31st. Free dedicated Wi-Fi is also provided. We have provided all the luxuries of home to ensure the most memorable vacation for your family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror.

PLEASE NOTE: The Occupancy Limit is 6. Age 25 or older to book. No pets allowed. This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. Smoking is allowed on the sidewalk in front of the building. No parties or large gatherings permitted inside condo. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Last of Summer Vaca
Planned a last vacation of summer getaway….love staying at this end of the beach, my favorite, love tropic winds, great condo, huge balcony, no complaints! We really needed this as my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was still dealing with medical issues. He had a great time. We stayed in the ocean, shopped, ate, and sat. Saw the most marine life I’ve ever seen here! Just the best time and great condo for a family!

Gorgeous View of the Emerald Water
Easy reserving/checkin/checkout process. The app had tons of useful information. The condo had a spacious balcony with plentiful seating to enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets! Well equipped kitchen and it was great having the beach lounge chair service so we didn't have to carry beach chairs out to the beach every day, but if you want to extend your stay on the beach past 5pm, bring your beach chair to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the white sand beach. Loved the decor of the condo! Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the owner for sharing your beautiful condo and thanks to Greta's Rentals for you awesome service!

Well needed vacation
The condo was nice with fabulous views but the beds were awful! Felt like floor display mattresses! Or definitely cheap mattresses! Definitely needs replaced at the price I paid for the condo for 5 nights! If it wasn’t for the beds/mattresses I would rebook it but as it stands I won’t with those mattresses!

We had the best week in 2209. Everything was perfect! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The free beach service was wonderful and the corner balcony was amazing!! Plus, the elevators were quick, the parking spot was convenient, and even the trash shute was close by. We hope to come back again someday!

Condo was clean, furniture is comfortable, balcony was great it is on the corner. Was on a business trip, was perfect for me. Elevators are fast, easy to move in and out of the condo, parking was a small issue for me as there is a parking garage and you have an assigned space to your condo, which is great unless you have a lifted truck that does not fit. The property manager found an outside space for me that worked out great! Over all great experience.. Would stay again, hands down..

This is the second condo we have rented from Esther. She is great to work with and knowing she is on the premises is a big plus incase their is an immediate need! The condo was clean and very nice. I was worried about the view from the 22 floor being too high, but, the view is amazing and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and relaxing with a wonderful view including an open end view of the Beach line. One negative that has nothing to do with Esther but I wanted to point it out for the owners. Please consider upgrading to an HD TV plan through the cable company. In this day and age and the premium we pay to stay at your condo it would be nice to watch TV in HD instead of the 720p resolution. I clicked on the HD channels and it said to upgrade to the HD package. I can't stay outside too long due to health reasons and it is nice to watch a game, Movie etc... in a better format.
