AC did not work when we arrived, called and reported and was told someone would arrive shortly to repair. 26 hours and 3-4 phone calls later someone finally arrived to repair. very hot in condo made for poor sleep, Ice maker did not work and had to purchase ice, These problems did not meet expectation for vrbo condo we are accustomed to staying at.

Overall the property was decent. The Livingroom couches need replaced, closet doors in guest room came off, screen doors were off the track. Mattresses were horrible for what we had to pay for 6 nights. The kitchen furnishings were lacking. No can opener, no pitcher, blender was missing the lid, crockpot was missing the lid, only two small frying pans. Overall just needs some TLC for the price. Would not pay this to stay here again unless some updates were made. We waited too long to book and this was the last property available at this complex.

Was good location
Needs a lot of maintenance in the bathrooms. Was told about one shower that didn’t work, but the other shower needs help the handle was barely on the spring is broke really hard to adjust the temperature. The smoke detector was beeping when the arrive. Called they sent someone to replace battery. Lasted an hour then started again. Called back held for 30 min no answer called the safety held for 15 minutes sent a text never hear from anyone. Thankfully the beeping stopped a couple of hours later.

Nice property,needs a bit of TLC,Maintenance Man walked in without ever knocking and scared my daughter in law to death,we never called him and thought that was very inappropriate. We had only a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and no garbage bags,all that said the beautiful beach was what we were there for and the view from the condo is amazing.

Family road trip
Just did a quick book while road tripping. Cute little place in very busy area. Beautiful beach in front and covered pool which is a relief from the sun. Building is a bit out dated. We weren’t left parking passes which we didn’t know about till 11 pm when threats were made of towing anyone without passes, but for the inconvenience we were refunded our stay which obviously over compensated for the troubles. The washer was extremely moldy and I’m not sure who to communicate that to, but as a former caretaker of properties the amount of mold was alarming so definitely something needs to be addressed. Otherwise very cute space to stay.

Overpriced!
The condo itself was a cute little condo however it was totally overpriced for what we received. I have to say they were really good about replacing the things that we ask them to replace. It just irritated us that we thought by paying that much we would get so much more.

Cute but smelled of mildew
This condo was very centrally located and appeared the same as in the pictures however, upon entering the condo there was an overwhelming sour smell that smelled of mildew. The smell was very strong and almost unbearable. The AC unit in the room never quite cooled the place down and everything felt very humid and muggy. I would stay here again only IF the smell was taken care of.

Small & older location, great! Loved it.
I'm 8mths pregnant and kids were out on spring break, I ventured out with my 2 girls, & 2 teenage 16 yr olds to spend a couple days at the beach. We waited til the last minute, but we found this place. They gave us a great deal & we had everything we needed right there. Loved the easy access, and the beach front was great. We would love to be able to come back again.

Wonderful view and cozy place
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay! The view was AMAZING, it felt like we were right on the beach. You could even hear the waves at night. The condo was very nicely decorated, we loved the beach theme! I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Very easy access to all the important stuff without being in the middle of the spring break madness. We went to gulf world and Saint Andrew's park!

Awesome place for our family vacation.
They make everything very effortless. Booking, check in and check out was super easy. The unit we stayed in was clean and had most of the basics. Being right on the beach was very nice and the pool area was always in good condition. We will definitely be staying here again.
