As a thank you for staying with us you will receive complimentary admissions to popular local attractions every day. These can be redeemed after booking on our easy-to-use activity site powered by Xplorie that includes local activity information and quick access to our live Destination Guides who can book your activities and answer any questions you may have. Available for stays ranging from 2 nights to 26 nights, beach gear will be delivered upon your arrival and maintained by our partner. Last minute bookings (less than 3 days in advance) may be subject to a last minute delivery fee. Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.

Utilize the touch screen GuestView Guide for house information, local recommendations for attractions/restaurants/etc, check in/out, and contacting host for emergency requests.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

Parking accommodates: 5-6 cars

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There are three owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
