Great beach vacay
There were a few small maintenance issues to address (toilet paper holder broken, one of the balcony chair arms broken, nothing major) but overall wonderful room. Great views, well stocked kitchenware, easy check-in, and easy communication.

The property was nice with good amenities. No real complaints but if you stay here note that if you plan on cooking that there are zero seasonings or condiments in the unit at all. Also, bring toilet paper. Lastly, the listing showed a game room but, unless it's hidden, we were unable to find it. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Splash is a great resort for children. They have a lot of water activities for the younger children. The condo we stayed in was very clean and spacious. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Great condo size and location
We have stayed at Splash before and this corner unit is definitely the way to go! Lots of space to spread out and gorgeous views. The kitchen isn’t super stocked but it got us by for 4 days. The resort itself is showing some age but nothing major is broken or causes any issues. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again!

Great location - Need some maintaining
We loved the location of this property. Being at the end of the strip, it was very quiet, however, not far away from the pier, bars and restaurants. The condo was very roomy and the view was exceptional !!! The floor in the unit was sticky but appeared to be clean. The problem may have been with the cleaner used on the floors. The cable was difficult to figure out and it would have helped to have directions (Roku channels vs cable access). A drawer on the dresser was broken, as well as a chair in the dining room and balcony. Overall, this was a great vacation. With a little upkeep, it would be a excellent.

Very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Great place to stay with kids, and we loved the chairs and umbrella that came with the room! Our only complaint is the shower and bath water didn't stay hot very long in the master bathroom.

We vacationed here and the location was awesome. The condo is in need of a good cleaning. The kitchen had old pots and pans that needed thrown away. We had two people with diabetes and we stay in for our meals. It was a challenge cooking with the limited cookware & utensils. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason.

First family vacation in years
This was our first family vacation in years and consisted of grandparents and my family of 5. We also had family in another condo in the property and this location was the perfect size for hosting both at dinner. It also slept all of us well. The older kids LOVED the TVs in the bunkbed nook. There were a few small things that I informed the host about and they were quick to respond. I would definitely book this property again.

Overall, a nice and clean place to stay. We loved the big balcony and the large tub in the master bath was nice for the kids. If I could recommend something, it would be for the kitchen to have storage bowl options as my mother in law made pimento cheese and chicken salad and there wasn’t any bowls with lids to store it in. I would also recommend for a couple more kitchen towels, a couple more spatulas and some oven mits. And lastly I think both bathrooms need some ventilation. It seems the condo itself has some issues with allowing ventilation which is causing condensation to build up and causing some water damage to the ceilings in the bathrooms and in the living room there was something on the ceiling that almost looked like mold starting but I may be wrong about I being mold. I just think there needs to be some ventilation because we had issues with that as well as the floor getting condensation on it. Minor issues that could be fixed. The condo was nice and the beds were very comfortable. We’ve stayed in another unit at splash before, so we were already familiar with Splash resort. We really like it. We enjoyed our stay and were happy with our unit overall. We would stay again and recommend this place to others.
