Come stay at the furthest west property on the beach with one of the best views around. Situated on Inlet beach this property allows you to enjoy freshwater and saltwater all at once! Pinnacle Port is located in the very popular Carillon Beach resort area and just a short distance to the scenic area of South Walton known as the famous 30a!
Our condo has been completely remodeled. We have a 50" smart TV in the living room. The mattresses and beds are brand new. This is luxury at it's best. Great views from the balcony of sunrise and great views of sunsets from the living room and the downstairs bedroom. Pinnacle Port is truly old Florida living.
The resort has tons of amenities and located in its own gated community. We have two pools, one heated in the winter and closed off to make it an indoor pool. We have tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard courts, volleyball and a playground. WIFI and cable are provided in the condo. We also have the beautiful Lake Powell to the rear of the property, it is a coastal dune lake which is great for fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and jet skiing. Camp Helen rents kayaks for your enjoyment. No crowded beaches on this end of the beach, the only thing missing is YOU! Starting in May 2023 Pinnacle Port will charge a resort fee of $35 per vehicle. Renters will receive a link prior to arrival in which to register vehicles(s) and pay prior to arrival.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

During our stay the riptide was so bad that we could not get in the ocean but the complex had two pools that made it nice to cool off. The room was as described online and the owners were readily available for easy checkin and questions. We had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The kiddos enjoyed swimming in both the pools and we loved sitting at the bar in the living room drinking coffee and watching the dolphins that came every morning.

We enjoyed staying in this unit over Fall Break. The views were wonderful from the 7th floor! Although the facility is older, this unit has been updated. There are still signs of age visible, but the location of the condo made up for that. The second floor kitchen/living area is unique, but not a problem other than carrying coolers up or down the stairs. Plenty of room for our family of 5!

Amazing Views and Empty Beaches
I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights at James and Katie’s place. I followed the directions in the welcome email and check in was a breeze. The condo was very clean and the views were amazing. I can only speak for the upstairs bed, but it was a dream. I enjoyed being able to walk to Carillon Market where there are a couple restaurants and a spa. I would definitely recommend staying at James and Katie’s place. Thanks for having me!

Great little get a way!
Needed a last minute place to stay for just myself. Never stayed in this style condo at pinnacle port before..pleasantly surprised at space. This cute condo would of been plenty big for my family 4 and maybe 1 or 2 friends extra. Great view.
