Edgewater Beach Resort – Golf Villa 1901
Welcome to our spacious and beautifully redecorated Golf Villa 1901, located at the stunning Edgewater Beach Resort. This deluxe end unit, with nearly 1300 sq. ft. of living space, sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest room, and a sofa bed. Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere with tropical décor and modern amenities including flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
Step outside to a peaceful pond with a lighted fountain, where you can watch golfers across the water, or enjoy watching the turtles and ducks. The villa is located just a short walk from the resort's Lagoon Pool, hot tubs, children's splash pad, and beach access. Resort amenities include a 9-hole golf course, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, pro shop, and more.
Edgewater Beach Resort also offers a variety of dining options, including Oceans Bar and Grill, Paradise Pizza, and Edgie’s Market, plus convenient beach chair rentals and tram service to and from the beach. Nice place for the price
I wasn't pleased with the last minute added $50.00 fee. There wasn't good communication or instructions on how to navigate the property. I didn't think I would ever find the gym, I asked several shuttle drivers and none of them could tell me where it was. The place was clean and spacious. The owner was easy to contact and very kind. The beach was beautiful. It was easy to access the beach. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Girls trip
Great location! Decor of condo is dated but was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Distribution of a/c was an adjustment (cool in one room, stuffy in another). Had difficulty reaching owner initially as cleaners did not arrive as scheduled, but situation was resolved amicably. Loved the back porch with view of pond with the many turtles popping up and silly frogs singing at night (may need ear plugs to sleep). Many options for entertainment was spectacular and use of “neighborhood” pool vs larger pool at towers on beach was great. Catching a cart ride on the hot days was super and nightly activities were fun for kids to enjoy. Location was good to walk to nearby restaurants or shops. We enjoyed our visit!!

The property was as advertised. The upstairs neighbors were a little noisy. It was unfortunate that the property added a new fee after we he and made reservations and we still had to pay the $50 activity fee. But I understand how can be hard to deal with at times. Overall a very nice stay. The host was helpful and responsive to questions.

Communication with the host was excellent. (There was a mix up with the cleaning company so the villa wasn’t clean when we arrived. I cleaned it and washed all linens and the host refunded some of my money.) Roomy villa, we had 8 people and plenty of room. Great views of the ponds with ducks.

Stayed at this location for a week, for my daughters dance competition. The condo looks just as shown in the pictures. The whole place could use a upgrade. It seemed as if every guest that stayed left something behind and it just needed up being a part of the condo. They have beach chairs, but are very old. Soooo much mismatching Tupperware and utensils. The place is ok, best way to describe this condo is “grandmas place from the late 99’s”

The condo was just okay. Has carpet and old out dated stove, refrigerator, and furniture. Master bathroom door kept locking everyone inside. Maybe because it was 2 different door knobs put together. Bowl in refrigerator catching water from a leak. Bathrooms very out dated. Several roaches we seen also. The owner was very nice and easy communication. I probably wouldn't stay again. My mom got a condo in the same golf villas for half the price and way nicer.

Loved the turtles!
Property was nice, comminication with host was excellent, and we really enjoyed watching the turtles and ducks in the pond outside the window. The location is a bit further away from the beach than we initially thought but the tram service was quick and nearby. The front bedroom was warmer than the rest of the unit- may need something installed to push more air to that room. The thermostat seemed to be on a timer that went up to 75 every few hours so my husband woke up hot every night and had to go turn it back to 72. The host was quick to respond via phone and told us about a box fan that we used to bring cooler air to the front bedroom and that solved our issues. Other than that, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Very economical. Susan was really easy to work with. My grandchildren loved to see the turtles and ducks in the pond right off of the patio. Even though the location is toward the back of the property, the Tram stop is very close and convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay!!!! The Villa was amazing!!! So cute, well kept and clean!!! We drinking coffee on the back patio and loved feeding the turtles in the morning!! Everything was easily accessible on the property!!!! We loved the heated pool by our Villa!!! We enjoyed the tram ride across the street! The lagoon pool was fantastic!! We had lunch at the resort restaurant “oceans” and the staff was super friendly and the food was delicious!!! We all loved everything about our vacation!!!!
