The floor was swept but not mopped in our room. My babies were absolutely filthy minutes into our stay. We ended using a towel to cleam the floor as much as we could given the limited resources (see picture.)Only a single receptionist employee seemed to be happy to be there. One of the two elevator frequently went down. Luckily we didnt get stuck, but i spoke with a lady that got stuck muliple times during her stay. The amenties, like refrigerator and microwave were rusted, i typically dont complain about the a room needing updated, but this must be included. And the single most frustrating thing, with a "do not disturb" hanger on the door, they proceeded to enter our room. Also, on a another day, they needed to conduct an replacement to a fire sprinkler. I requested they give me a call before hand, i messaged the front desk and the the do not disturb hanger was on the door. Needless to say, i was very displeases to come into my room with two bery suspicious folks in my room while I was out. Not notice, no call, not a care given. Low standards here at this resort as they dont seem to mind the conditions. Lastly, we never could tell when the tiki bar would be opened or closed. Very inconsistent hours. The beach was stunning. The view was beautiful - even saw dolphins on several occassions from our balcony. We made the best out of the stay, and the value of the place is undeniable if you dont mind cleaning it first.

Loved it and can’t wait to return! Overall experience was exceptional. The cleaning in our room could have been a little better but beds were comfortable and clean and their staff is excellent! I would definitely recommend and plan to return on my next trip.

Isaac, Lesley, and the rest of the front desk staff were exceptional! They made me feel welcomed and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. I will be coming back to the establishment in the future because it is well worth it.

The wife and I booked a last-minute Labor Day weekend consisting of Friday night through Monday morning. Upon arrival, we were sad to find out that the property as big as it is only had one operable elevator. I’m handicap and they offered no handicap parking. But I believe the worst thing that needs to be mentioned is we suffered the whole weekend without Wi-Fi. I spoke to several staff members including a manager. All I got was lies. The hotel information states free Wi-Fi but we never seen it. Needless to say, I would be extremely hesitant to book there again.

PCB has seen better days and this Hotel has as well. This will be my last trip there it was horrible as far as everything but view. Save your money visit another beach. PCB is run down and disgusting. The shopping was the only plus side.

Limited parking and would have to park across the street in an abandoned building parking lot that was full of nails and trash if the hotels parking lot filled up. Very dirty room with visible mold all around floor trim and walls.

The location of the property was great. The property, elevators, balcony,breezeways, rooms was run down. The pool was nice. Our room was dirty. Long strands of Hair on the floor clearly visible. Was not rowdy or loud in the evening. Walking distance to a Winn Dixie and McDonalds. Had to park across the street.

There was MOLD on the ceiling. It seemed as if the room hadn’t been cleaned to the best of one’s ability (only cleaned what was visible to the eye). Underneath the beds were disgusting. The sink stayed clogged. The oven and stovetop in the room didn’t work, would set the smoke detectors off. The dishes provided still had grease on them. There were cockroaches. The “free internet” didn’t even work. The tv’s did not pick up good signals so we wasn’t able to watch anything nearly for our whole stay. The bathtub seemed unsafe, almost as if it was going to fall through (there were cracks in the tub and it sunk in).

We stayed here last year in October and really enjoyed it. Upon our arrival this time the floor felt like it had sand all over it (a little is normal) and the beds were horrible. When you sat down or laid down you could feel the box springs. Please replace the mattresses and have someone check the rooms before someone checks in. I do not believe we will choose this next time we are in the area.
