First of all, the location was outstanding. Speaking às someone who has known Panamá very well for over 40 years, and resided in Panamá for many of those years, there is no better location for a touristic visit to the city, especially a first visit. The service was very good; all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great: tasty, well-presented, and convenient... The hours were really great, much better than typical. The major drawback was the room. This is an expensive hotel for Panamá, but I still expect a bit more space for the money. My wife and I had a standard room, and it was really small.The shower was super tiny, and the design made it a constant struggle to avoid soaking the bathroom floor. The minibar was even more of a ripoff than usual. Other than the quality of the rooms, this hotel hots the mark in every regard.

This property was beautiful, in an amazing location in the heart of Casco Viejo. The staff were so helpful. We had awesome drivers, Kenneth and Julio, who went above and beyond from airport pick up to dinner recommendation and a shopping trip. They helped us navigate and translate to get us exactly where and what we needed! Five stars! The room was perfect with an amazing balcony to over look the plaza. Live music in lobby and out in plaza at night. Breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious as well. So much to explore, we will be back to stay again!

Staff was very nice, specially, Barbara at recepcion and Alanis, at the bar. Although, hotel areas and bedroom were clean, the bathtub walls presented mold, otherwise highly recommended.

Incredible area, hotel is amazing and classy. Had an amazing time for a 3 night stay. Room was small and comfortable. Fortunately we only had one carry on bag, so we can maneuver around. We didn’t have breakfast from the hotel, thought it was too much and didn’t want to stuff ourself’s for breakfast buffet. Had breakfast options from other nearby restaurants instead.

This hotel is more for vacation than business. there was music in the lobby all the time and my room was facing the lobby (patio interno) the pillows are hard - the mattress is hard - the food okay - I was not really impressed with anything.

There is piano or background music playing 24 hours a day, which makes it very difficult to sleep. Every morning, live music begins as early as 8:00 a.m. For this reason, I will not be returning.

This property has a beautiful lobby and that’s it . The rooms are tiny and basic . The towels were old and thin as paper . The toilet needed to be replaced . The bathroom renovation was poorly done . The linen was stale ! Just a NO NEVER AGAIN !! Also when I checked in no one offered to help with my luggage.
