Good room service. Close by everything, they have over sized checkers and chess you can play on the balconies out back. Has a big pool.

Room was not very clean upon arrival- didn’t smell clean- there was a dirty wash rag by the kitchenette sink to wash dishes- our comforter had multiple cigarette burn holes- we also received a dirty wash cloth for the shower- the overall cleanliness - not great at all. The water was shut off due to a Boil Water Notice in PCB that was scheduled- not a spur of the moment decision for the city. This was NOT communicated until almost 10:30pm- the Boil Water Notice started at 10pm. I was mid shower when the water was being shut off and my son had already brushed his teeth after 10pm before we were notified. Not ideal as guests to not have heads up.

Room was very dirty. The people who clean the room need to be a little more detail oriented and the construction of the rooms was very bad. Door hinges of our bathroom door was barely holding on.

The room was clean. The property is older, however, they maintain it well. Other than terrible neighbors the second night our stay was fantastic!! The front desk was quick to take care of the issue.

So the good first; They’re quick as far as check ins, courteous evening front desk staff, and it’s at a decent location for convenience with good parking and pleasantly quiet. Wtbs, It has an outdated, nostalgic feel to the rooms so they can feel somewhat claustrophobic if too much is going on. It’s great for a quick stay but not extended days stay. Some outlets weren’t working at all in our room, the sink was stopped up from the moment we checked in, there were two water bugs roaming on the wall by the fridge area, and we asked for clean sheets because my child saw stains on the side of his and were told the cleaning got done the day before so besides towels we couldn’t get anything new. Those were my only issues with things that could be improved. But q
