We stayed for 5 days and came home yesterday. We did not have a working phone in our room. We had to request towels every day. They did not pick up any of our towels the entire stay (5 days of dirty wet towels). They did not clean our room, change the sheets, sweep the sandy floor, or empty our trash the entire stay. I complained every single day. Will not stay here agaim

I liked the walk out room to the beach. Check in was at 4 showed up at 4:30 and room still wasn’t ready, didn’t check in until almost 6 and I had to go ask them when my room would be ready because I had 4 cranky kids from a long car ride. Will not stay again.

We had a very pleasant experience staying here. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were given a parking pass and told we could use the facilities and beach access while we waited. Our room was just steps from the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Bathroom- seriously needs to be updated. Was catfished in to thinking our room had a kitchen and arrived to it not being ready and not having a kitchen. We planned this trip around the idea of having a kitchen- we have a four month old. The beds were comfortable, very much actually. The location- perfect. The proximity to the beach- perfect. (First floor ocean view). Air conditioner was ice cold. Loved that. The rooms need a broom. There is sand everywhere after one trip to the beach and no way to clean it up daily, which means it’s in the beds, the showers, literally everywhere. No elevators and the parking is on third floor. Keep that in mind with kids and luggage. The first floor is convenient but a lot of work to go anywhere with a stroller or multiple kids. You have to pay for ice which was strange. The tiki bar restaurant at the pool is delicious and you get a decent amount of food.

Room is great for a budget beachfront night the shower was missing the curtain, coffee maker was missing parts. Only 3 towels for four pple......I'm sure I could have went to the desk and resolved these issues, but for a night it wasn't worth it. My hub didn't like that the walls were dirty, needed to be painted. I didn't like that the pool wasn't lit at night, so it was dark. Then again, for an overnight on the beach it suited it's purposes, I wouldn't stay there for a week, a night is fine

Don’t waste your time or hard earned money

Mold, roaches, and terrible upkeep of facility. Was charged for while stay even though I explained for health reasons we would be checking out on Tuesday instead of Friday.

Basic hotel that is located directly on n the beac

Felt safe the whole time and the pool was nice for the kids too. Had a small kitchen which was useful, since it had a few pots and pans andspme.ates and bowls. Wish it had full utensils, but otherwise was okay.

Not a fan

Too much to write about that went wrong with our stay here. For someone who never leaves reviews; I would just warn you when booking that the pictures and condition of the hotel are far from what they are in person. Didn’t even have a working toilet in our room when we first checked in, to be told that someone would get to it sometime to try and fix. After having to go back and forth with them on when someone would come look at this issue, they finally sent someone in to fix it. Mind you this was now 1.5 hours after we checked in; and with two small kids having to wait to even know if they would come look at the issue and ruining our whole nights plans for our first night of vacation. Weren’t even accommodating on trying to get us a new room. All in all, toilet was fixed and we stayed the 2 nights since we would lose our money if we didn’t. However, I would never book here again.

The staff was super friendly and the room had a great view. So 2 stars for that. But the room really needed some deep cleaning. We checked in to sand covering the entire room like it wasn’t swept and that I can somewhat understand because of it being on the ocean but the mold growing in the bathroom, the sink not draining and the towel rod falling off I can’t really excuse that well. The water pressure wasn’t the best but it was ok. The sink was full of water and clogged when we checked it. Maintenance “fixed” it. It was not draining again within like 10 minutes. The beds were very very very uncomfortable and springy. And our AC sucked pretty bad
