The room immediately smelled like some type of food when we first walked in.. there was dried up food on the counter , there were no towels and wash clothes I had to call 4 times to get them and then they all smelled like smoke. It was not a good experience at this place . Only thing I can say is that I didn’t see any roaches lol

If you are looking for a room ‘on the beach’ or an ocean walkout room, you can hardly beat the price. However, there are a lot of quality and cleanliness drawbacks. When we arrived we pulled up to an office with a makeshift plywood door. The maintenance at this facility appeared to be minimal. I took a lot of photos on arrival for pre-damage evidence. We came for the ocean. But if we had come for any other reason we would have been disappointed. We cannot recommend m, nor would we purposely stay here again in its current condition.

I can understand if the room shape is not perfect because it is old. Dripping shower head, making the shower moldy and it made pond in front of the bathtub. Falling ceiling above the AC. But the room has to be perfectly clean. And it wasn't.... hairs in the shower, sink and on the floors. The mess in the refrigerator is not acceptable

It wasn’t a “perfect” hotel but what is? I think we paid $240 for 3 nights during Thanksgiving, we had a 4th floor balcony room with a full kitchen. We had a blast. The pool is heated and warm! Ocean not so much lol! The staff was all friendly. We had no issues. I would definitely stay here again. We were able to walk to the pier multiple times within our stay.

The veiw out my window and the beach was steps away from my room.the room was a standard hotel room clean ad with amenities. My room was on the bottom floor you have to go down 2 flights of steps but if you can move your feet the veiw is awesome
