Staff was difficult and unfriendly. Long story but they told us to get one room then said we had to pay for after already paying and checking in. Wouldn’t let my children on the elevator. Cost us over 200$ and still didn’t solve the problem. So bad I took the whole family and just left the hotel and room behind and went to the Sheridan. Would never go back.

All of the above except check out process - it’s too exact . I left the room to take down a few of my bags to return to assist my wife and couldn’t get back . She had to struggle with 4 heavy suitcases . As a customer you are left feeling that as soon as your time is up The hotel doesn’t care about you and thats sad. Otherwise - great hotel
