The lobby and ground floor was beautiful!! Rooms were nice but water had an interesting scent could’ve just been me. We wasted a lot of food because there was no microwave in the room nor downstairs in the lobby or gift shop! Baffling

It is a modern and upscale accommodation located in the heart of Panama City's financial district that offers a blend of comfort and convenience, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The well-equipped gym and the wide breakfast options were my personal favourites. Also, their omelets are 1000/10. Still think about it lol. Will definitely be back!

Terrible elevators. Out of the 6 for the property, only 3 served my floor. Of those 3 only one was working. One was out of action, and the other stopped at every floor. I was on 33rd floor, so each time was a time consuming experience to get the ground floor. The hotel is redeemed by the pool, buffet breakfast and executive lounge. A mixed experience, I’ll probably still return.

We stayed at the Riu Hotel from March 26th to 31st. The hotel is very well located in the city center. It's clean and very welcoming, with excellent service, very pleasant staff. The breakfast was varied and everything was fresh. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended if you're visiting Panama. Thank you to all staff for their service and making our stay unforgettable.
