Clean room. However the hand soap and body wash ran out. We had to request a top up. The food at the hotel (we had dinner on the first night) left a lot to be desired. However the breakfast was great. There was a power outage for a part of a night and they greatly assisted by getting a back up power supply to run my CPAP machine unfortunately the battery power time was shorter than the duration of the power outage There was a very nice personal touch of a fruit plate that was left for me as my birthday occurred whilst I was there. This was a big surprise and a nice personal touch. All in all I would recommend the Riu to my friends and family who would be going to Panama especially for the breakfast

Absolutely beautiful, I liked that it is located downtown. And could see the city view from my room. The breakfast buffet was Lovely, good food and service. Room was clean but the carpet on the 18th floor (my room) needs to be cleaned or changed, it spells very musty.
