I liked the safety I felt in the area. Police presence was seen. Most places like the malls were within a good distance from the property. Ubers and Taxis were always available and consistent. Hotel staff were friendly. Shout out to James and Ketsia at the pool restaurant. The hostess and another server with glasses were great too. Breakfast buffet was great. Different options were available each day.

We being in many Riu in multiple country, normally the experience is excellent with the staff. Except in Panama, where people are very Rude not polite ate all. The only one nicely was the employees that were from another country like Dominican, Cuban or Venezolan. But the panameñan people not friendly at all. No manners either they don’t greet people. We were asking the hotel to accommodate us because my sister have a health issued they said they didn’t have available because it was a Grammy event going on, also a lot convention how ever what was chock is that if we will paid in extra $50 dol we could get a better room so paying it wasn’t a problem at all to get us a better room. So after many discussion with my sister then next day we got move at not charge but to a very far away room in a very noice area at 2 am and 3 am where we have to consistency callied the front desk so they could send security. Also
