This has to be the worst Riu ! Starting from check-in. The “manager” at the front desk asked for a deposit in cash, and once I gave push back all of a sudden it’s not needed. Screams scam, I’ve stayed in riu and didn’t have to pay deposits, but even if she could not show me no written policy of it. The only thing that was included was breakfast and it’s nasty! The lady who checks room number outside the breakfast area was racist! She had a long line then a Hispanic family walked up skipped the line and she wrote the numbers of their room down allowing them to skip because “I don’t look like it” she didn’t know I spoke Spanish. She lied and said the lady was doing something else when I heard the lady tell her that her family was already down and she wanted to join them. Which she then should have told the lady to join the line. The house keeping happens all day and night ! Housekeepers in the hallways until 9pm at night it’s ridiculous. The pool area is small and they have the nerve to be doing construction on the bar while you’re right in the pool. The pool closes at 7/8pm and around 12/1 the turn the sitting area into a dining spot so it’s all over. The chicken was uncooked, waiter spilled my drink dropping off my food and did not replace the drink. The food is nasty, whether you paid for it or it’s the included breakfast.DO NOT GO TO THIS RIU IN PANAMA THERES ANOTHER ONE TRY THAT. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN EVER AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. This one Riu will Destroy all
