This hotel was such a gem! It's new, clean, and absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect location in Casco Viejo, central but still peaceful at night. The hotel is split into two buildings across from each other, and one has a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant with city views. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and housekeeping was totally on top of it. Our room was spotless, the AC worked great, and everything felt fresh and modern. Definitely a fantastic stay for anyone wanting comfort and charm.

Staff was excellent. We arrived before check in, left our luggage & went out to explore the area. When we got back in the early evening our luggage was waiting for us in out room. They had also arranged for a 5am taxi for the next morning to take us to the airport & all went very well. Lovely room, excellent service. Oliver was very helpful providing a map of the area & detailed instructions to find what we were looking for.

recently stayed at Hotel San Felipe and had a really pleasant experience. The location is great—close to the action in Casco Viejo and just a short ride from other key areas in the city. It made exploring Panama City super convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well (a must in Panama’s heat), and I appreciated the simple, cozy vibe. The building itself has character, and I loved the local charm that gave it a more authentic feel than some of the bigger chain hotels.
