Property was nice , AC leaked the entire time , drapes were cheap and off track . No body wash , shampoo or conditioner was not part of the amenities. I bought 2 sodas and 2 bags of chips , ridiculously priced Now to staff , oh my goodness ! Upon entering the hotel the front desk attendant did not care to great me nor cared to help until I looked at her after waiting at the desk . She finally asked , how can she help me ! I said , I have a reservation , her response was check in is not till 3 pm , it was 2:15 pm , I asked about early check in of course that was a Fee , after that I was asked who am I traveling with , Myself my husband and my dog . The response was your dog has an additional fee plus tax per night which was never mentioned during reservation . When I tell you she ruined my whole visit by her nasty demeanor, I asked for the managers number she gave me a random number and when I texted that number the person said, wrong number !! Do yourself a favor and go to any other hotel this place needs to replace staff and really work on customers first !!!

Front desk was nice to us and the pool was clean and beds were comfortable but breakfast was so sad and cold and limited as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom was really concerning, I’m pretty sure there was mold in the bathtub and you can tell it’s a overall hotel problem , it’s only 8 mins ish from the beach public access so it’s not far and it’s fairly close to gas and groceries so not the worst hotel we stayed at but we probably wouldn’t come again unfortunately, the mold and not being clean was a huge deal for us considering I was pregnant and had a kid with me it’s a matter of health safety , the property really should even be allowed to be open with conditions like that ! My husband is a health inspector back in Georgia back home and he was mortified on how the staff thinks they clean because it wasn’t clean at all but instead of causing a big commotion I begged him to just try and relax and try to enjoy the rest of our stay , we really only came back to the hotel to sleep and that’s it

This place needs to be shut down! The front desk receptionist needs thorough training on how to deal with customers. There are so many issues with this place! The room in which I reserved was LOCKED FROM THE INSIDE!!!! We could not get in no matter what the maintenance man did!!! When I went back to the receptionist she all but cursed me out because she claimed it was not her fault and she does not want any problems with me. I was so shocked!!!! The next room that was given was so dirty and stink! I was so annoyed. The room that was finally given was not clean but did not stink. I did not sleep because I was so uncomfortable. Plus it was not even half of the category in which I reserved. After I finally accepted because I drove a long way and was tired the staff treated me like I had a plague!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK TO TGAT PLACE!!!!

8/10 only due to some outdated areas. I would stay here again!! Facilities are a bit outdated, the bathtub, shower area a bit outdated but otherwise the room, the bed, towels and place was clean, The breakfast was hot and they had a variety of choices. Pool and hot tub were decent. Staff was very friendly. We talked to a few travellers who had stayed in other areas of Florida and they noted that this place was better compared to other hotels for the price.

Very Unfriendly front desk service!! Check in was not good! I even had family staying there that had issues with checking in and front desk. Hotel was in a quiet location, out of the way. Cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating and hotel was clean. Unfortunately, this will be marked off my list of places to stay. I've stayed in other La Quinta's and never had this much trouble. First time in PCB and this was not a good experience with stay.

The hotel was nice. Good quiet location. Front desk service was not good. Not friendly, never spoke to us or checked on us as we came through. Check on was very frustrating!! Hotel charged us a day ahead even though it was pay at property and she blamed in 3rd party and wouldn’t correct the issue we had, not helpful at all! They gave some of our families rooms away that they had booked and were not very nice. The cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating! This was the worst experience we have had with front desk staff. I normally don’t leave so detailed reviews but this was not the best stay! Will not stay again if ever in area.

Had to change my own sheets, clean my own floors and was there for three nights and had to ask for more towels linens and wash clothes. Don’t get me wrong I loved the room but it was dirty.

I was in room 302 executive room and there was hair on the pillow cases and sheets ( there was brown hair) my hair black and smelled bad of mold the toilet bath tub was all dirty .when going to breakfast was good until I seen chonks of milk it was gross .next day check in to 222 and the ceiling and mold I could stay in there so I asked for another room I also took pictures of the room . I told the front desk and I showed the maintenance man pictures of the mold. So they put me in 322 no mold but air-condition didn’t work . It was so hot I got tired of complaining it was just too much but the staff was nice .very disappointed with the stay.
