Helpful staff

It was noisy at night. I was a light sleeper. On second day, the staff on duty at night offered a quiet room for me. It was very nice of them willing to do that.

Perfect spot in the heard of Panama City

Magnolia Inn was the perfect place for us to stay while in Panama City. Centrally located in the heart of Casco Viejo, it is near great restaurants, tours, etc. The hot shower was glorious, especially after coming back from San Blas Islands still sticky from sunblock and sand. We loved having the common areas, especially the kitchen, to keep our leftovers and save some money on meals. I would definitely go back there next time I’m in Panama!

Great rendez vous location for family trip

Excellent hotel to start our family reunion in Panama before heading to Playa Venao---friendly and helpful staff for our overnight in Panama City, great suggestion for local fair at restaurant off the plaza and Magnolia Inn is well situated in Casco Veijo and lots of places to check out in walking distance. Clean and comfortable!!

We really enjoyed staying in the heart of the old town in such clean and modern feeling to our room, newly renovated accommodations with very clean bedding and pillows, working modern AC , variety of restaurants walking distance, as well as so much to do and see in terms of museums close by walking distance! The staff were great, respectful and kind yet professional and helpful! We definitely recommend this hotel 🏨

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy if you are going to book this hotel make sure you read everything i book the room with the 2 queen bed upon arrival the person at the front desk told me that I would have to leave out of the room and go outside in the hallway to used the bathroom because it is not inside the room never heard of such rubbish i decided to take a smaller room with this no towels or soap i ask the gentleman at the front desk if he could have the cleaners put towels and soap in the bathroom they only gave us two towels for three persons we have to share towels keep asking for more but never got more than two i decided to asked for the room to be cleaned and the cleaner that clean the room stoley pajamas i left it on top of my suitcase and it was gone i turn the room upside down inside out it was nowhere to be found the next thing I have to buy light bulbs to place in the lamp we could not open our blinds due to someone eyes will be making contact with yours and the club beneath the room was unbearable we could not sleep because of the noise from the people at the club my mom stayed up all night because of the noise there's much more to say but I'll just leave it here i know y'all will get the picture if there was zrro that is what I would give them worst place ever

I was a bit unhappy to find there was no elevator and I had booked a luxury room on the 3rd floor. Adrian told me he would be happy to help with my luggage but then he was able to switch some things around so I had a ground floor room. He still helped me with my luggage! He was very kind and helpful! Thanks for making my stay better!
