Our stay at Marriott was short and sweet. The accessibility to the mall was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional. Unfortunately as our stay was short and shopping was our priority we did not get to explore the hotel like we would’ve liked but will definitely revisit in the future.

The walkway from the hotel to the attached mall, was convenient and beautifully decorated.The front desk staff and bellman were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast had a wide variety of food and the staff were very accomodating. Will recommend this hotel.

The hotel needs some updates to the rooms. It's very humid in Panama City but no matter how cold you try to keep the room, the floors will still be damp as well as the linen having a damp feel to them. It gets worse after a shower. The room had very poor lighting in key areas (outside the closet, near the hallway mirror). The platform that the bed sat on was dirty and so was the inside of the mini fridge. Luckily for me, I travel with some type of cleaning supplies. None of the bars or the nightclub seemed to ever be opened. I did stay at the beginning of the week, I'm not sure if that made a difference in the hours of operation. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful when I had questions. With some updates, this could be a very nice boutique type hotel in my opinion.
