The hotel is warm, welcoming, and practical; great location (walking distance to large mall with nice shops and food options), easy parking (onsite and no charge to guests), safe and secure (security and cameras), and great restaurant with a free buffet style breakfast. The standout for us is always the staff; they're excellent, knowledgeable of the area and always willing to help. Most, if not all, speak some level of English. We've stayed here several times and will continue to make this our first choice. The only negative might be the size of the pool; it's a little on the small size, but the pool area is nice and relaxing. Thanks for always making us feel welcome!

Great breakfast, super staff and an excellent room. The only problem was the parking. When I signed up for the hotel on Expedia it stated it had parking. It did until I went out and when i returned the parking was full. If you have parking for guest you need to assign a parking place for them and not give it to others. One day when i returned and it was full the parking attendant backed me into a wall because he wasn’t paying attention backing me up. The problem it was a rental car and I had to pay for the damage.
