This was my first time staying at a Sofitel and I absolutely loved it! The staff's exceptional service made my stay memorable. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with our stay. I had an issue with drawing a bath and since they couldn't provide that service, they gave us a bottle of champagne. I had also inquired about getting the best coffee. The day before departing, the staff presented me with a lovely package of different coffees and photos to memorialize the moment. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when visiting Panama.

I do not usually write reviews. However this is one of the best hotel I have had the pleasure to stay in. The service was amazing. They even had a surprise cake in our room as we were celebrating our anniversary. Definitely recommend.

The Sofitel Legend Casco Viejo is a beautiful hotel nicely located in the old section of Panama City. The bars and restaurants on site are excellent with delicious offerings. The staff is friendly and responsive. The pool and lounges are inviting with poolside service for drinks and food. The fitness room is well-equipped. Our stay here was wonderful.

Excellent hotel and staff !!! First class customer service . Food and drink also was great. Me and my wife love every minute of it. The customer service is the best I ever had!! We went out to dinner one night a short distance from the hotel the hotel driver gave us a ride we told him we would walk back because we wanted enjoy the scenery and our walk back to the hotel. Well a light rain started and when we got to the front door of the restaurant the hostess gave us 2 umbrellas the driver On taro ,had brought back and left for us !!! Me and my wife both said wow. On taro was outstanding!!! Shawn the bellman was also . I have give credit to the entire staff from check in to the bellman the ,bartender, the waiters and waitresses !! We definely can not wait to go back!!

Great historic hotel in a great location Sofitel transformed a century old private club right on the ocean into a beautiful hotel. Everything about it is perfect. The rooms. The staff. The restaurants. Definitely worth visiting. And re-visiting.

What a wonderful time at Sofitel! The staff were so kind and accommodating. Food was good and the staff made my birthday special. It’s centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and souvenir shops. We had such a great time!
