This was an amazing resort. The beach bar I discovered a little too late had happy hour every day starting at three. I love happy hour! Prices were a little higher than most other places, but the resort was very posh. It wasn’t all that outrageous.

The property didn’t have a hot tub. It was very bizarre but you couldn’t bring in outside food and worst thing is the picture of the beach must’ve been CGI because it was awful but the staff was fantastic. Pool her great Wi-Fi was good and the air conditioning was great.

They have infinite pools, no chlorine use, nice clean beach line as well. Food serve at buffet’s were delicious lots of varieties and different dish everyday. The hotel is well maintained clean, safe very strict with visitors however policies were not properly explained so there was a bit of confusion. Parking is spacious. Everything is over priced. This hotel is away from the city it’s about 30 mins however there are vehicles you can use to travel however they’re overpriced as well. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel the price is not worth the stay.

A beautiful facility. We love Alona Beach area and this resort is very special. We had 5 rooms for our family all close together overlooking the pool. The rooms were excellent- everything you would expect from a top resort anywhere. The breakfast buffet is great. If you are not familiar with this area, when you exit the resort on the beach there are many bars and restaurants along the beach all with short walks. One small negative was my boys all got told no passing their football in or around the pool even when no one else was anywhere near. Still highly recommended just don't bother bringing the football

The hotel neighbors around the property, their poor shanty house and their whole life is directly the view from when you open the door to go out of your room. Not exactly the sight you expect to see when you book and pay for a top hotel. The buffets were decent. Bring potable water or buy bottled water, the tap water will give you diarrhea just by brushing your teeth with it. My whole family got diarrhea most of our stay. They should clean and filter it. Again, just expectations from a top hotel.
