Villa Isla Tortuga Ocean View, 10 minutes from Curu National Park

Beautiful new villa with large living room, open kitchen and top modern appliances. A lovely deck with amazing ocean view, infinity pool with a glass wall (unique in Costa Rica), 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, AC and ventilator in every room.

The surrounding nature of this place is just breathtaking...

You definitely need a four-wheel drive for the last, short steep road to the villa. You will be rewarded with a beautiful house with a unique ocean view. The road to get to the villa is made of concrete, the public road to get to the project and the entrance on the project is a dirt road.

Starting from March/April 2021 you can enjoy facilities in the gated community project like a dive/sports center, a yoga retreat or a squash center that you can use paying the provider of the service directly.

The beach is 3 minutes away by car. You can walk, if you don’t mind the steep road to the house.

You find restaurants either 3 minutes (Beach), 5 minutes (Boutique Hotel) or 7 minutes away (town).

You can do many amazing tours in the area, host is going to give a PDF with all options and will even book them for you if required. Isla Tortuga Tour, Waterfall tour, Curu National Park, Bird watching, Kayak, SUP, Surf, spectacular night Kayak Bioluminescence tour, horse riding and more.

Amazing retreat
Carlos was great and the view was even better. This was an amazing place to get away from the world. (As people mentioned there is some construction noise, but it didn't bother me at all.)

Superb Costa Rica Getaway. Private and Perfect
Modern sleek home perched above beach. Incredible vista, howler monkeys, and privacy. Pristine beach nearby has only recently been opened. Most weekdays there were fewer than ten people on over a km of beach. A few very good restaurant choices and a mega super nearby. Town is small and original. Ferry dock is under construction. This is not Tamarindo! Nor yet even as developed as other parts of Guanacaste peninsula The house itself is simply beautiful. AC, WiFi, kitchen and all conveniences top notch. Two comfortable king beds w good linens and en suites. Pool and deck are wonderful; real relaxed luxury. You MUST have a real 4x4 (or rely on taxis) The driveway is a black diamond ski hill. The deck is open to the sky and to the hillside (wonderful; but no little kids) Host was great. All tour/resto recommendations were right on. Greeter at Ferry was very helpful. Massage recommendation was excellent. The Yoga shala next door is small and you can get there on foot. French cuisine there is excellent. We had a wonderful week and will definitely return!

Excellent property. Beautiful view of beach. Monkeys were our morning coffee entertainment. The pool was great, the view from the pool was beautiful. Carlos was absolutely fantastic, he was able to get us private excursions. He had recommendations for a cook Sonia to come to the house, her seafood soup was fabulous. Massage by Rita on the deck was so relaxing and we felt pampered. We will be back for sure!!!

Close to perfection
Beautiful setting, great communication and trip advice from Carlos, definitely need a 4x4 for the driveway, infinity pool was the cherry on top. Close to Lugar Favorito restaurant, Curu, Las Tortugas, and Playa Organos. The only reason I give 4 stars is this is a construction zone, with several houses being built at once. The loud noise from the backhoe, tractor, and other equipment…along with construction and vehicles, were constant from sunrise to sunset. Any time spent on the beautiful deck or in the infinity pool was not quite relaxing. This will be a 5 star experience in the future.

A Month in Paradise
Having spent a month at this property we can both thoroughly recommend it. We were met from the ferry and given information about the location and after a welcome drink we were taken to the property. The drive was steep but having been advised to rent a 4 x 4 vehicle it was no problem. What a view greeted us! The jungle and beach were just as in the description. The house was also perfect for us with plenty of room and all the facilities that you could possibly need. Carlos communicated so clearly with us over all matters and moreover helped us above and beyond with organising trips and tours. We would recommend using the local facilities and the booklet Carlos provided enables you to experience the best that the area offers. We have never been to Costa Rica before but thanks to Carlos and his associates we will almost certainly be returning. Thank you for your efforts Carlos, for kindness and the lovely meal we enjoyed together. A truly 5* experience!

The place is amazing! Monkeys in the morning, Howler and White face. The view is spectacular the host was amazing. The people are so nice. I didn't want to come home.

Wonderful Stay On Mountain Side In Jungle With Ocean Views
We had a 2-week relaxing stay. Actually second party to rent the property. It was well equipped, communications were very good, and any concerns were quickly addressed. The ocean views were wonderful, and location has us seeing many different bird species and monkeys! Just a short drive to nearby beach (not too busy) where they have an ecological Turtle Refuge to raise and release them…a corner of heaven! The infinity pool was not operating, but once fixed it will be an added plus for others. I give this a 9.5/10 :-D
