Great place to stay when traveling by bus as it is close to the bus station. The staff is extremely helpful in any way imaginable. Breakfast was excellent. Shower a little cold, but O.K. Total comfort otherwise.

Por ter residência na região centro-oeste, e, na região sudeste, é comum, quando viajo com minha esposa, paramos em algumas das cidades por onde passamos, para descansarmos e conhecermos. Em uma dessas, escolhemos São José dos Campos e optamos pelo referido hotel. Hotel escolhido, hospedagem paga, chegamos, e, após cadastro na recepção, fomos para o quarto. Dei o título de "Impactante" a está enquete, pelo seguinte fato: a cama estava infestada de percevejos de cama (Cimex lectularius x Cimex hemipterus). Experiência constrangedora e lamentável. A situação foi "resolvida" ao conduzirem-nos a um quarto com melhores condições.
