Very secure building (you need a key card to go up AND down the elevators; front door requires 24/7 card access but there is always someone at reception). I stayed in the Valentine suite and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the lively neighborhood. Overall a fantastic boutique hotel with lots of colorful unique decor.

Reception was amazing and made sure that they did everything possible to ensure we had a nice stay. We love the location in the Marais and the square filled with cafes outside. We stayed here last year and expect to make it an annual trip!

This is a quiet unique hotel in the heart of The marais, steps from Metro Hotel de Ville. The room is well appointed and newly renovated. Lots of space for luggage and lounging. One thing I would suggest is to have staff at the front desk who can communicate well in either French or English. The woman I dealt with, Nova, could do neither and was difficult to understand causing confusion about luggage storage, credit card authorization and other important matters.

An excellent hotel. Friendly staff, great location. Breakfast is good too, if you choose it. Located near a small square with many food options, and other options located nearby. Just a few hundred yards from the entrance to the nearest metro, M1. Clean rooms in good condition - not tiny; very reasonable size. Double room had a nice small couch next to the window for enjoying looking out the window onto the square while sitting down.

The location is walking distance to the louvre, the seine and many restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful and I would very highly recommend this boutique hotel. Also, the buffet breakfast is a lovely start to each day.

Lovely hotel
We had a wonderful time. The room was very nicely appointed and just as pictured. We had a delicious chocolate from the quaint shop next door (must try their macarons). The breakfast was outstanding. My only complaint is that you could hear the noise from the strewn Saturday night. No problems otherwise. We would definitely come back.
