Aside the very heavy fire door which for a Disabled customer like me was very difficult to open and close, this hotel was amazing. I also feel the bed needs to be a bit higher feedback I fed to the staff and they said they will certainly make some amendments.

It is the perfect hotel. The well-thought-out rooms, friendly staff, fun decor, linens, and towels were the best, and the location was the greatest. We loved staying here.

Rooms are small - but packed with everything you might need. Very clean and modern, with a great shower, and effective aircon. No real views, but lots of dining and shopping options within short walking distance. There is a Carrefour convenience store opposite, and a very trendy vegan restaurant just down the street. The bar area is stylish and a nice quiet spot for a drink. I didn't try the breakfast buffet, but it looked decent. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great and welcoming staff made my Paris stay memorable. Allowed me early check in and found me a bigger Pom due to luggage and allowed me few notes later check out and were helpful through out. The breakfast was surprisingly great. Nathan is a star.

This was such a wonderful hotel. The bed was so comfy - the room could get so dark so sleeping in was quite easy. The staff was friendly and so helpful. One of the best hotels we’ve been to.
