Great staff, small but efficient room.
Hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is exceptional. The room is very small, like being in a cruise ship cabin. That said, the room has everything you need for a comfortable sleep. If you plan to just sleep in the room and then get out, the hotel is perfect. If you like hanging out in your hotel room, then not a great choice. Lounge area and lobby are much better places to hang out by the hotel.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!
A contemporary stay somewhat off the beaten tourist path but intimately a part of the City. The rooms are well designed to accommodate travel yet small. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally quiet. The staff were amazingly friendly and always present to assist 24/7. The public spaces were comfortable yet very artful. Food service was readily available. Can’t express enough great things about my stay.

Not used to such a small hotel room. Ok for 1 person but 2 people its a challenge moving around. was no view from window. Lotion and conditioner in room watered down. Meal (shredded beef) was expensive for small amount of beef ( child's portion) on brown wilted lettuce. Breakfast for 19 euros was good except you had to pay extra for coffee. All the staff were wonderful- very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

The CitizenM Opera branch took me by surprise as it is one of the best and most quietest hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely friendly and top-notch at what they do. The staff ensures that every guest is taken care of and accommodated for.

Long hair on floor. Smelly room. Worst CitizenM I stayed at. Staff nice and helpful. Room, the most important feature, not very clean and was missing hand soap. No matter what you do, water goes out of shower onto the outside of shower floor. No wash cloth.

Great property in Paris! Close to the metro and tons of great restaurants and bars! 40 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and 14 min walk to the Louvre (don’t by Bo & Mie without stopping for a pastry! All the Hotel staff was super pleasant and accommodating! The facility is modern and cute! 24 hour coffee and bar and an ironing room! The rooms are European small but just enough space for two people especially since you won’t be in there for much of your time. Will definitely stay again!

The service at this hotel is incredible! We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation and they allowed us in to our rooms. Wonderfully friendly and hospitable staff that speak great English. The breakfast and coffee were amazing...don't miss it! Walkable to everything. The rooms are very high-tech and comfortable, but European small!

Amazing from start to finish when me and my wife walked in. They're fluent and ready to help at whatever the situation comes. I loved and could not recommend this place enough. Incredible for a honeymoon. I got a room which was "small" for the both of us. The size did not matter because how well the room was for what we needed. AMAZING. I loved this place and would happily stay again. Thank y'all for making this great for me and my wife.

It was like staying with family. There is a club down the ally from the hotel all is good but sometimes the line can be a bit noisy.

It’s like most Citizen M only a bit smaller. This one seems not to offer drinking bottle as others do. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood and a supermarket just across the street. Metro is in reasonable walking distance. Will definitely come back when in Paris.
