Beautiful flat ideally located to visit Paris; right between (and near) the Eiffel Tower and the Champs Elysées. Trendy and very safe neighborhood . Metro, supermarket, bakery, restaurants, cafés and shops are just right outside the flat... Definitely one of the best spots to discover Paris!


The Space:
The flat is totally independent, decorated by an interior designer and fully equipped for short-term visits to Paris.
You will find in the flat:
- a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen table, basic kitchenware and supplies)
- a premium quality, extra comfy queen size bed (with storage place underneath)
- a nice sofa bed (daily use mattress)
- an elegant bathroom with a shower and toilets (including samples of shampoo and body wash)
- Towels and linen are provided
- Air conditioning provided (which is extremely rare in Paris!)
- High speed (Optic fiber) Internet is included
- Upon request, we'll be happy to provide a pack&play bed for the baby
- Extra services possible: breakfast delivery and daily cleaning


Guest Access:
Access to the flat is totally autonomous. You will receive prior to arrival a very complete and detailed Home Guide containing all the instructions (with videos) and directions, as well as many recommendations on places to try nearby!
You can also use the storage closet to leave your bags before check in and after check out for your convenience!


The Neighborhood:
The flat is right on Place Victor Hugo which is a beautiful neighborhood in the heart of Paris, very centrally located and highly appreciated by Parisians. Grocery store (Franprix) right across the street, excellent bakery, several restaurants and shopping streets right there!
You are only 5/10 minutes away (walking) from the Eiffel Tower on one side and the Arc de Triomphe (on top of the famous Champs Elysées) on the other side.

Getting Around:
Metro station ("Victor Hugo" line 2) is right across the street as well as several bus stops.
You are also 5/10mn walking distance from 3 other metro stations ("Charles de Gaulle/Etoile" - lines 1, 2 and 6 + RER A, "Trocadero" line 9 and "Boissière line 6)
From the Airports, you are very near the airport shuttly stops "Charles de Gaulle Etoile" or "Porte Maillot"
