My experience was good. Check-in was very smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but it was clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable but it was not that serious. We were only there for one night. I would recommend for short stays.

After checking in we were informed the bar and kitchen wasn’t open and all we could have was water. Was told there was restaurants 15 min walk away. The restaurants were Burger King or McDonalds. Nothing else was open. If we had known in advance there was nowhere decent to eat we would have stayed in Paris longer. Booked for a quick night before an early morning flight and was very disappointed.

The owners or front desk staf were surly and disinterested in being helpful. The adjoining restaurant/lougne was closed all 4 days of our stay. This was annoying because there were few other options. The train station was very close. The hotel is within 2 train stops of the airport and Pari is about a 30 minute train in the other direction. A shopping mall about a 15 minute walk but run down and very low quality. Based on poor hotel staff attitude and poor amenities, I don't recommend this hotel. If you need a quick overnight before flying out, it would do.

Hotel was conveniently near a metro stop in zone 4, but since it’s in the business district the nearest restaurants are a 30 min walk, but if you’re metro savvy you’ll be fine

This place was great for us. We had a very long layover so being that it was right at the train station and only about 15 minutes to get to the airport was perfect. We were also easily able to get to so the city by trian. Easy check in process and good value for price.

Staff member nasty and very rude. Especially the person on front desk the day I check in Friday March 1,2024. Carpets on the room very old. This hotel only look nice on the entrance beside that nothing.

Hotel needs improvement
Good location for the metro/train into the city/stade de france. Cleanliness and upkeep could definitely be improved - bed was broken and unstable in original room given and splatted bloody mosquitoes across the walls in room we moved to. Staff were indifferent to feedback - treated us like we were fussy even though anyone would want to move rooms when a bed is broken. Would only stay again for convenience and price, not for anything else.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room didn't look like the photo. It was run down and the beds had extremely hard mattresses. Hotel conveniently close to train station and several bus stops.

This is a very clean, safe, friendly hotel right along the RER B (Blue Line) and close to Charles de Gaulle Airport. If you are savvy with the public transportation, there is no need to spend all the extra money to be all the way down in the city. If you come to Paris for a game at Stade de France, this hotel is an excellent option.

The hotel staff are friendly and it’s a quick trip to the airport from here. The lobby is very spacious and the 24-hour check-in is convenient. Public transit is nearby, but some dinning options are more aligned with business hours. I’d stay here again.

There is no choice of vegetarian food in the restaurant. There is no telephone index in the room. The electric kettle did not work, and when I complained, I had to walk twice to the reception to get it resolved.

So if you book this hotel do not expect it to be 4 * 2 at the most. No air conditioning on as it isn’t working in winter the room was hot but Expedia still advertise it on website, a reason I booked as struggle with menopause I opened the window and got bit by mosquitoes Watch the tax as I was overcharged but they did refund after I produced screenshot of accommodation rules about not charging under 18s. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom so not clean at all. Breakfast 18€ each bit pricey and wanted to charge same fir 2 teenagers who eat zero food. I booked a classic twin and an executive room and paid more for this , I could not see any difference at all our room was the same as the other one just twins beds ours a double but there was a classic double Positive some free parking spaces if you can get one. Train station to Paris brilliant and so cheap . Expedia you are falsely advertising again on your website re air conditioning had this last year in Milan.
