🙂20 mins from Tour d' Eiffel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, a double room is small, elevators are small (barely fit 1 person and 2 luggages. 😐There are complimentary tea or coffee (even cheap hostels offer these) which is disappointing. Have to borrow kettle (Subject to availability). Too expensive for what they offer. Not all rooms have Eiffel view.

This property is in such a great area for walking to the Eiffel Tower and beyond. We actually had a "peek view" of the Tower. We did purchase an upgraded room and felt it was a bit bigger than many European hotel rooms. Nice lobby area for gathering and good breakfast.

Great place to stay if you are visiting for a couple of days. Very well connected to all major attractions. The staff were very nice and accommodative of any requests. The only drawback is the size of the rooms. You would only have enough space to keep your luggage (not even talking about big suitcases, just a couple of standard carry ons) and that’s about it

The staff was great, nice hot shower in room. Hotel is a good location to walk to Effiel Tower, I even walked to the Louvre about 2 miles. Good air conditioning. My only complaint, my safe was malfunctioning so I was not able to use it. The room with a queen bed was small.

Tres Bien Les Jardins
A boutique hotel within 15-20 minute walk of Eiffel Tower. A clean place overall. Nice breakfast, Quiet, private, outdoor patio. Small room. Tiny twin beds, but clean. Small toilet. One person in the room is ok, but two felt a little crowded. Immediate area is urban, but walkable, Plenty of restaurants. Rue Clerc nearby with shops and food. Would probably get a bigger room if we visited again.

Loved the property. Room was quite specious considering it was Paris and had AC. Buffett in the morning was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Location was amazing near the Eiffel Tower. Easy access to all Paris attractions and Metro was not too far. Great places to enjoy and have lunch/dinner or snack all around the hotel in walking distance with good vegeterian choices
