Unfortunately, there is not enough characters and words available to fully summarize of how disappointing our experience was so I will try to keep it very short and sweet. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate our engagement and initially this was not the choice of the accommodation I picked but I did want to upgrade and surprise my significant other. On the arrival we were greeted and led to our room (booked Executive double room) which ended up looking very different from the pictures online. 1) We were placed on floor #1 2) After close evaluation of the room it looks like it was an ADA room (bathroom was completely different) with no prior communication that we would be staying in such 3) WIFI was spotty at best 4) Ipad controlling the room was not working 5) Door lock was broken
After communicating with downstairs desk the next day, I was told that the only way for me to switch the room was to downgrade since everything was booked. Also fixed iPad had been brought up to my room but “Do not disturb” sign had been turned off and our room ended up being made specifically during the time we wanted to rest after exploring the city.
Finally at the checkout I was charged for a minibar beer which I have not drank but was forced to pay for since I was on a extremely short timeline to get to the airport and it was really early in the morning. Bottom line please pick other property (there is one two doors down) that might be cheaper with better service
