Staff was very nice and super helpful. Even with the language barrier they still yried thwor best to help. I needed a room an extra night, al though they didnt have extra rooms. Stafg helped me with finding a new hotel. And also another stagg helped get a taxi back to the airport

This hotel was a very good price but you definitely don’t get a lot. A tiny bathroom and room in general. But it was clean at least. I would recommend for a one night stay before flying out of CDG. We had to take an Uber because the shuttle only ran from 6am-9am and then again at 5pm.

This hotel is well located. Close to the airport and adjoining hotels with restaurants. This is not a luxury hotel despite it's "First Class" name. It's rooms are small and efficient. It is quiet with double windows that keep out the aircraft noise. It's parking and breakfast fees were reasonable. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

The room was extremely small and hot inside so I went to turn on the air conditioner, which was not working. I reported it to the lady at the front desk, and she told me to just open up the window. When I went to turn on the television in the room, it did not work either. The staff was rude and unprofessional to my wife and I during the check-in because we reported to them that nothing was working in the hotel room. The lady at the front desk from Morocco then proceeded to tell us to leave the hotel because we addressed the issues of not being satisfied with the room. Our first day in Paris was ruined due to being put out the hotel without even a place to stay. They were rude and very unprofessional. I would tell anyone thinking about booking a room at this hotel is to stay away from this place. Since we did not even stay one night in the hotel, they owe me a refund for the week I paid to stay in this hotel plus the protection plan I put on it. The staff at this hotel do not understand the importance of good customer service and professionalism.

Stayed 1st floor for 1 night. After few quick shower, water was not flowing through drain at all. Staff did not help fix the issue when requested. Expedia could not connect with hotel management for resolution. It took few hours to water to drain during that time the whole bathroom was not accessible due to water. I would not recommend this hotel to others unless you do not need to shower.

Property has shuttle option at 6euro per person with 2 luggage and a carry-on allowed. Bathroom can only fit a person at the time. I took the bunk bed: queen and single for my duahter and I. Beds were comfortable, room is small but not surprising from a french standard. It was worth for its price. There is a bus stop on front of the hotel linked to CDG and its public transportation, about 15 minutes ride. The room I picked will be acceptable for a family of three, not enough room for everybody to circulate at the time though. We just used it to sleep, and spending our days touring Paris. It cost me $400 for 5 nights. Clean, quiet, customer service sometimes "Paris style" but good, access to Huber/Hibereat/Taxi and bus. There a good and effordable food at night at the main entrance managed by a nice and joyful man who ended calling me "Minnesota." It not the Ritz but it is worth its low price. PS: You pay your full stay at check-in :)

It was fine to sleep there before long flight home. But the room was just OK, not super clean. Had to go through a gate to park and it was blocked by another guest. Front desk busy checking in guests, so long wait for both parking and check in.

There were two of this hotel in the area. It may be the cab driver’s ignorance; but their site and yours should have a note advising new tourists in the area about that so they don’t have to spend twice on fare (total of 80 euros to get to it the first time!). The staff in both Premiere Classe called cabs for us that did not have meters! And not even a roll of tissue in our room!
