We chose this property as it has two rooms. No AC in the winter so we opened the windows. The room is small but they make the best of storage space. It was walkable to shopping and the train.

Well-equipped apartment. Limited space but doubtless more generous than many alternatives. Some street and metro noise, but not generally intrusive. Nearby Rue de Martyrs offers great food options, particularly patisserie.

The location is very convenient, with a lot of restaurants and easy access to metro stations. It’s also close to some scenic spots. The toilet of my room is very small. The washing area is too small that it’s hard to move around. And it’s a self-service hotel that daily cleaning needs a fee.

Room was exactly as pictured. Big beautiful windows to the street. A bit tight by American standards, but functional. All the fixtures were high end and quality materials. The amenities were ok. Baggage storage was very helpful. There was a gym and free laundry in the basement. The lobby was comfortable and spacious. The staff was receptive to requests and expedicious. The location was easy to get to the metro, if a bit noisy at night with local bars and clubs. It’s a nice neighborhood with lots of vibrant activities.

Overall had a great experience at this hotel. There wasn't any staff present when we checked in to answer some questions but managed to get a hold of someone by phone. Rooms were very clean and were well equipped with all the necessities. We especially loved the super soft bath towels and L'Occitane toiletries. The washer and dryers were a plus. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway and there are plenty of retail shops within a couple of minutes walk. The only constructive feedback is that the carpet in the hallways outside the elevator had a weird smell.

Lovely apartment in a great location
This is a great property in a fine location with many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The Saint Georges metro station is a few minutes away. The studio apartment was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed this experience much more than staying in a hotel. Only slight glitch was we weren’t able to access the reception and left luggage area as we arrived at 11.30am and our key access wasn’t programmed until 4pm. Probably our bad luck that there were no reception staff on duty the day we arrived - a Monday. It made for a stressful start to our vacation especially after a long, overnight flight from Asia. We called the office staff who were very helpful in talking us through access to the building. We would stay at this property again for sure

Location is convenient. Appartement is in a very good condition and pleasant for a 1 week stay. It is clean and has all the amenities for convenience. Beds are comfortable. Windows effectively block the noice from busy street. Bathroom with good water pressure, high quality towels and l’occitane products.

This was my second time in Paris in the last 2 years, and staying here felt like being at home. The apartment was nice & clean when arrived, and they cleaned midway through my stay while I was out for the day to refresh! The area feels safe, it’s walking distance to a few well known places and has restaurants literally right next door. I would recommend!
