First time in Paris
Spent a week in Paris. Great place Great location. Wonderful staff. Close to St Denis subway stop which you can take to all the touristy spots. Local vibe great and loads of good restaurants close by.

I had a wonderful stay here! Traveling solo, my room was small but lovely, comfortable, clean. The lobby was as advertised, welcoming and cheerful, a great place to read or get work done. And the location? Chef’s kiss! I’d happily return to Solly Hotel! Merci!

Fabulous stay in a great neighborhood outside of the tourist areas of Paris. Easy walk to the l’Est train station and to numerous bars and restaurants. Side street from a busy street so it’s very easy to get an Uber. Perfect location and great staff! Very hospitable.

Please understand that my review applies only to room 83. The hotel is lovely, the staff are very kind and helpful. It would have been a wonderful stay except for the shockingly small room. Maybe the rooms on the other floors are bigger, I have no idea, but room 83 is Lilliputan in size. No drawers, just a closet and shelves. They should never put more than one person in this room. And the elevator? Let it be a surprise. I won’t try to describe it.

We had a very enjoyable stay the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Our hotel room was quite small but we made it work. The subway was so close as well which made getting around Paris very easy.

I explicitly stated on the phone and email that I’m handicapped and lift MUST be working. I arrived and it wasn’t working and they had no idea when it would be working. So, I had to scramble for a room elsewhere. They refunded my prepaid amount within 3 business days. So, I never actually stayed there

We were placed in a room on the second floor that shared a balcony with another room, which didn’t feel very secure, making us uncomfortable leaving the window open. I'm not sure why the rooms share balconies. The rooms at this property are also quite small. However, the view of the park was lovely, and the location was conveniently walkable to various attractions.

The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny however both were really clean and decorated well. If you are looking to be near major tourist attractions, don’t stay here. It’s so far out of the way.

Gorgeous hotel, the staff was awesome! The best breakfast ever, every day! A few gripes… 1. The balcony room we booked was way too small so we rebooked a suite for the week for apx $3,500 2. They took 1 of our robes from the room after several days, and took 1 of our room keys, we had to retrieve 3. They charged us for every coffee…should have been included Overall it was a great experience though! Would recommend
