Enjoy walkability to numerous shops, all of the best restaurants, and really fun drinking establishments!! Some of the best restaurants/bars are located right below the unit. Town lift is a block away!!!

A huge bonus is the building's elevator, so no lugging heavy baggage up the steps!!

The bedroom has a king sized bed with a comfortable, brand new Serta Perfect mattress, a new 55 inch Smart Television, and black-out thermal curtains. Also included is a white noise maker and charging stations on each of the nightstands! The mattress is protected with bed bug encasements and extra mattress protectors.

The professionally decorated living room is equipped with high end Timothy Oulton furnishings, a 65 inch Smart TV, and black-out curtains. Porcelain flooring throughout.

Great location if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Park City. 3 minute walk to Town Lift. Stefanie responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating. Unit is exactly as advertised. This location is right in the middle of the action on Main Street. The condo is perfect for a couple's getaway. The king size bed is comfy and it the decor is top notch. It's a short walk to the Town Lift if you're there for skiing. We valeted our skis at the lift for a small fee. You can rent your skis on the ground floor of the condo building, but if you want to rent your skis closer to the lift, there is another ski rental shop right next to the Town Lift. The owner, Stef, was easy to reach and responded quickly when our door access code didn't work. We enjoyed some cocktails on the rooftop deck at sunset. Laundry was located on same floor, but you need to bring quarters and detergent (I brought a few Tide pods in my luggage) as there is no change machine. $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. We did not use the hot tub; it's located inside a small room within the building; would be awesome if hot tub was outside on the roof deck. Overall, I would definitely book this condo again and highly recommend it.

Park City Vacation

Stef was great and condo was clean with convenient location to Park City Mountain. However, the location on the main street of Park City caused significant issues as there was very loud noise coming from bar patrons, then trucks and over traffic throughout the night. We did not sleep well for the four nights we were there.

Great Location and Condo!

Perfect stay for my wife and I. Condo overlooks Main St and is surrounded by awesome restaurants and shops. Incredibly convenient for shopping, touring the city, dining, and skiing. Easy walk to the Park City town lift or bus station to visit other nearby locations. Stef was great to work with through the booking process and during our stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We had a great time. Condo is close to many great restaurants (Riverhorse was the beat). Overnight parking can be a challenge…we ended up at the Sandridge lot and moved every 24 hrs. Very thankful the owner provides a white noise machine as we had noisy teens outside on a Saturday night. Beds comfy, A/C worked well, rooftop for wine in the evening was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!!

Well-decorated, very small apartment in heavily trafficked area

This is a quite attractive apartment, professionally decorated with faux-distressed-board flooring and surprisingly nice wall art. It is furnished with large, plush furniture and an efficiency-type kitchen. It was spotless upon arrival and communications with the owner were not an issue. The unit is convenient to downtown restaurants and shops. We did not fully appreciate, when committing to the unit, that it is located atop a commercial mall in the busiest part of downtown. There is some rowdyness outside after dark, particularly on weekends -- the owner graciously provides a white-noise machine(!). The apartment itself is quite small and is more of a Ferrari than a Ford F-150. Also, for skiers, the location is something of a compromise. It is about 1/4 mile walk to the Town Lift, which is a long way uphill at the end of a ski day. But manageable. Also, make sure you understand the parking situation. Buy or bring all kitchen condiments and supplies you will need, because there is nothing beyond salt and pepper (this varies widely among units in PC -- not an issue, but just something to be aware of). We enjoyed our stay and had a good time. The apartment is well maintained and was as advertised.

Ski Condo close to Deer Valley Bus and MainSt

Condo was very clean and accommodating. Located in the middle of downtown Park City and short walk to bus pick-up to go to Deer Valley. Park City town lift is also close by. Great view of the street below. Favorite restaurants were Riverhorse on Main and Handle. Make sure you make reservations way in advance as soon as they open up. No garage for our car but we were able to park at the free 24 hour Sandrige Ave parking lots. There is an upper and lower lot. I moved from one to the other before 24hrs was up. Lot is just above China Bridge parking, about a 10 walk from Galleria.

Nearly ski in ski out as you can carry your skis one block to lift. All shopping and restaurants just outside your door. Easy to get to from airport. No need for a car. Been coming to Park City every year for 20 years and staying on Main Street now our favorite option

Sundance Film Festival location
