Great summer place
We had a fantastic time at the condo. Park City is ideal for those looking to get time in the mountains with a ton of activities and places to eat and drink. The location of this condo is ideal, and the available shuttle service is fantastic.

Great place for our family vacation
Enjoy the location, close to Park City and only 30 minutes to Salt Lake City. Unit was spacious and enjoyed a private bath for each bedroom. Enjoyed some of the on-site dining. The indoor outdoor pool was great, but disappointed the playground was under construction and closed while we were there.

Our family always loves visiting Park City and the resort (mostly) enhanced that experience! The resort is beautiful and staff were helpful, but the layout is very confusing to navigate through. As for the room, WiFi was weak and none of the tv’s could connect to the internet. The room closest to the door was not properly heating up. Apparently Westgate had known for 4 weeks about this issue (which persisted in the units above and below as well). The heating issue was manageable but it would have been nice if we were warned before booking or at check-in. Aside from some grievances, our overall experience at the Westgate was great!

A great place to stay!
We stayed here over the 4th of July and had so much fun. Amazing stay for all ages. 2 Family pools and 1 adult pool. Hot tubs at each pool. Arcade room. Activity room for kids. Playground. Pickleball court. Basketball court. Free Bbq for all guests to celebrate the holiday. We used it all! We had 10 people, toddlers, kids and adults. Would definitely come again! Sad to leave.

The property was nice, but it was lacking in glassware. There were only 4 wine glasses and the occupants that can stay 8. I would suggest more glasses and also more kitchen trash bags.

Family ski trip
Will not be renting through VRBO/iTrips anytime soon. We are looking for a place for this summer but will look elsewhere. West gate is excellently located for ski trips. However, the unit we rented had not been well maintained. The refrigerator died on day 2 and was not replaced for 3 days. The dishwasher worked but did not clean dishes (probably needed reg maintenance): washed all dishes by hand. Steam shower in 1 bathroom quit working halfway through week. The mirror over tub was duck taped, the stove top had painters blue tape on it and the rug had a bright red stain (paint, blood?).

Comfortable and clean
Everything was great. Ample towels so we didn’t have to wash constantly. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. I would recommend brighter bulbs because it was very dark but I know that is how a lot of the mountain units are.

We had a great time - our first time in Park City! The resort was very convenient - within walking distance of the Red Pine Gondola. And the ski valet system was great! Response to our questions and need for maintenance items was very timely! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We had four adults and this place provides plenty of space. I think you'd have enough room for four couples or two families too. The location is great for all things Canyon Village, but a bit away from Park City. This was not an issue though as there is a shuttle to and from the building running most of the day. We used it and it was reliable. Staff at the building were all top-notch. Pool and other facilities are great. The only knock I'd have, and this is a minor thing, is the unit is about as far away from the parking garage and lobby as you can get in the building. A slight hassle as we were lugging golf bags back and forth each day, but again, this is a minor issue. Overall A+.

Not a good experience
The couches were in terrible condition. Unsatisfactory. The hot tub motor was damaged and caused my husband an electrical shock. We requested a rollaway bed and it took a very long time to get. The kitchen is not stocked well for 10 people. This was my worst experience with a rental.
